We regularly shop at Longdan in Shorditch branch but since Covid have discovered that we don't need to travell 60 miles and pays London congestion charge, you can simply order from their website and get it delivered free of charge (if you shop over £60) within a few days. Very glad to have Longdan as our source of "back home food shopping"

Longdan delivered my goods perfectly, good condition. I have no issues with them, and use them consistently.

Good service from them and the prices are good best so far .

They have almost everything you need as an Oriental supermarkets. I wish they have things like personal care as one-stop shop can provide.

I bought Longdan rice at EC store last week, it tastes so good.

I bought frozen food and after defrost they are rotten. I am still not getting any response of that I will get refund or replacement. It’s so ridiculous. I will never ever buy anything from there any more.

one packet of dry noodles was broken - not sure if its broken during delivery or from packing!!

I ordered on Monday 14 March and the website said 2-3 days delivery but on Thursday afternoon I received an email saying they cannot deliver until Tuesday 22 March. I ordered the food items for a dinner party for Saturday 19 March thinking there would be enough margin for a slightly late delivery but didn't expect the margin of error to be 3-4 times over their promised delivery time.

Excellent products and very swift delivery.

I was disappointed that an item that I only found out on day 3 of the order that an item I wanted wasn't in stock. However, they did try to replace it with something similar with a little further delay. So I'm pleased they made the effort.
