But I got the Cooker, the voice guide is Korean , Mandarin. 👎

I ordered 2 boxes of tofu since…
I ordered 2 boxes of tofu since 25/8/2025 and delivered 29/8/2025 , I fried them on 6/9/2025 but all very sour I just could not eat them, tofu box showed that "used by 9/9/2025" means I still have chance to cook them
I binned them all,

I got sent the wrong order then was…
I got sent the wrong order then was told that the correct order was never available in the first place. I was offered 20% off only. Really quite poor. Expected far better.

Not a great first experience
My dumplings arrived fully defrosted and inedible.
They had to go in the bin.
Customer service is only willing to offer a partial refund as they believe the items were still useable.
My items contained pork and prawns. Not a foodstuff I was willing to try and re-freeze. The packaging did state do not re-freeze once thawed.

Very disappointed with customer…
Very disappointed with customer service. Frozen goods left outside without knocking. Defrosted and had to be binned. No compensation despite buying replacements from Longdan. Advised that I should have followed the delivery on the tracking link.

Delivery was very quick
Delivery was very quick. There was a problem with my order and I was emailed within a few minutes of placing it and it was resolved very quickly.
However the stock was low and there were more sold out items than available items
