I ordered a motorcycle wind deflector to replace my existing one which has a broken hinge. Although I received confirmation email and a couple of update emails the item took much longer to arrive than the delivery times stated on the website. On receiving the wind deflector it is a poor quality copy of what I had believed I would be getting. The components have not been finished e.g. moulded parts have excess plastic or rubber attached. The screen itself is transparent but has a flawed texture, it looks like Roman float glass. I don’t consider it safe for use on my motorcycle. When compared to my existing wind deflector it is really apparent what a poor quality it is. I will be asking for a refund.

They ask money for premium brands and they offer low quality products, and when they are asked for refund they don't want to. Don't buy from this company .

Terrible company. Sent the wrong Jacket size, tryed to get it replaced got an initial respone asking for more money to send out the size I originlly ordered. Thats the last I heard from them. Mulitple email sent with no respones. DO NOT USE THIS COMANY

This company doesn’t deserve any stars but I had to put one to write a review so ignore the star. They do not deserve one.
I ordered some sandals, nowhere on their site did it say they were coming from China. If I had known I would not have ordered them.
The quality was not as expected and they arrived creased as the fabric they were made of was like plastic end because they were not in a box and very badly packaged the creasing will not smooth out. I didn’t like them but after many attempts and several requests for photos they have finally agreed to offer me a 20% refund and I keep the sandals. To post them back to Hong Kong would cost £28 , not much less than the cost of the sandals. The shoes are of no use to me but what can I do?
Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired and the product was really poor quality.
The trust pilot reviews on their website are not real reviews, but written probably by them to make you feel confident in their products.

The dress I ordered was advertised as cotton linen blend but it was in fact 100% polyester and badly made. Despite website saying you could get a refund I have only been offered 25% refund. This website is a scam do not order from it

Item took a month to arrive, very poor quality, when contacting them to arrange a return they requested a video of the item!!
When I tried to send it (twice) the emails bounced back. They'd blocked me from contacting them!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM SITE.

Ordered something weeks ago , paid for it and still haven’t received item , delivery time is very poor and slow, I won’t recommend purchasing anything from this company and I definitely won’t be ordering anything again from this company

ZERO STARS! Under NO circumstances order anything from this company. I ordered a five piece set of iron wine cradles for hanging on wall. Eventually received just one piece. Numerous emails sent and photographic evidence submitted on more than three occasions. Paltry responses that look to be auto generated. I have sent a formal letter of complaint and intention to take legal action etc. but no response to that. I have now opened a dispute with my bank. They are either scam artists of just completely useless and untrustworthy.

0 stars do not order people. Jacket came looked nothing like Internet pics. Sent 5 messages on there platform not one reply , its a scam do not order

Like everyone else whose reviews I have just read, my experience with this company has been awful. I thought I was buying from a reputable UK company.
I purchased a doll for my granddaughter's first birthday, which took over 3 weeks to arrive and when it did, it was nothing like the pictures on their online site. It was wrapped in plastic and not in a box, it looked like it would cost £5 and certainly not £79.99 (reduced to £36.99) as it was listed.
As with others, I contacted the company, as the goods were clearly in breach of trading standards, however, I've heard nothing back. I've since read their refund policy, which advises that customers will have to pay postage to Hong Kong for any refunds and that they do not offer refunds on sale items.
Please do not buy from this company! I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. An expensive lesson learned.

I ordered two handmade dolls for my new grandchildren. They took 3 weeks to arrive. They are a complete disgrace. They look nothing like the photos, should have arrived in a box with additional knitted teddy bears (no where to be seen) They came in a plastic bag….I have contacted Londonrd via email to ask for a full refund and have had no reply. They cost me £40 each….i wouldn’t pay more than £5 for both. I unfortunately didn’t look them up on Trust pilot before I made the huge mistake of ordering them. Absolutely do not buy anything from this company

I ordered some leather white sneakers, which took a long time to arrive from Hong Kong. They aren’t leather and I can’t get a reply from the company or a refund.

Londonrd should not be allowed to trade I did not know about trust pilot therefore was unaware about dealing with them. I ordered two shirts.Two week later I received two shirts, very thin, cheap material,no resemblance to what I ordered.l have tried to return them and receive my £80 back but all attempts have failed.Please everyone beware.

They are selling UV 400 polaroid sunglasses and adding £5 on for shipping insurance wich i didnt ask for its a chineese company and if you look they use varoius names not just londonrd scam,, scam,, scam,, i nearly blinded my self looking into the glare of my car window with there £1 NOT £22,as advertised sunglasses UV400 MY Ar#£s sent 6 emails not a reply DONT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Like most people here, items take too long for shipment, are badly made and sizes are garbage. Have contacted them for a refund but no response! Avoid this business¬!!!

ZERO stars - Ordered exercise mat 3 weeks ago - no confirming email - no response from customer services - they've taken my money but I have no product and can't get hold of anyone after three weeks - will never use them again.....should have read other people's reviews first !!!!!

Had to give 1 star but in truth they are 0 stars. They advertise free shipping and it's only after payment has been made they deduct £4.99 for shipping protection which I never asked for. Seems like a scam and I am reporting them to trading standards. I cancelled the order straight away and sent them a message which they have not replied to. I will ask my bank to cancel the payment.

I ordered a shirt and it was too small. I wanted to return this item. Customer service took days to reply, then when they finally did reply they offered 25% off to keep the said item. I by this stage wanted a returns address, which they did provide eventually, & the address was in China & would have taken 50% of the purchase price plus china customs duty so I took the offer of 25% refund........I haven't heard from them in weeks. Its unlikely that they would have refunded anyway. I think they are a scam company. Avoid at all costs.
