I called LEP at 8 pm, they gave me price of £180 per hour and £69 call out charge and said a plumber would be there in an hour. As it was emergency I agreed to this. However, the plumber arrived at 10 pm and then wanted to charge £295 per hour plus 10% admin fee to start work. I managed to negotiate the rate to £250 and without fee. The actual plumber was a nice person, but the whole pricing and outfit to me is a ripoff. They initially lied about the price and as it was now late and I could not easily call another plumber and by lying initially they had locked me in. I had to pay £700. I would stay away from this company and I don't believe in any of their positive reviews.

Great service from start to finish came across them from family who have used them before, quick arrival time and managed to solve an ongoing problems with the drains which had been unresolved by a previous company. Highly recommend !

I had multiple problems around my house and came across this company they arrived very quick and explained what needed to be done very clearly. The work was done exceptionally well and have since not had the same problems again would highly recommend. Great service !

I’d booked a non emergency appointment 2 days before . The plumber arrived 1 hr 15 minutes late. I was not kept updated about the delay - I had to call to ask why he was late. The person who answered the phone blamed “the tube strike”. Tube strikes had been called off earlier in the week! I was annoyed as I’d had to leave work three hours early to make 4pm .
Then when the plumber arrived, he could barely speak English, so couldn’t tell me what work needed doing.
We then went through the farce of me having to wait to receive an email from head office to tell me what work was being done - and the cost . Once that came through / I saw I was being charged £220 for LABOUR - on what I knew was going to be a v simple quick job ( replacing a valve in a toilet cistern). I looked on their website to find the very hidden charges for Labour ( not easily found) - and that is been charged for an emergency Labour fee - applicable after 4pm ! I called to point out I’d booked for 4pm - the plumber had arrived late ; and it wasn’t an emergency call out as I’d booked it 2 days prior for a specific time do I could fit it in around work. I got a second quote - with a reduction from £220 to £180 Labour fee. Still extortionately high - but my cistern was dismantled and I needed it fixed - so reluctantly went ahead . But imagine my dismay when I received the invoice after the work was completed - to find the bill had crept up to £ 320 because VAT had been added . This was not made clear . It was an outrageous price for a job that took literally 20 minutes at most of work - and a part that cost £20. Absolute rip off. I will not be using again . They need to make the COST crystal clear on their website . It wasn’t . Do not get caught out .

Ibrahim was amazing and found the leaking pipe which caused water to rise into the carpet of our apartment. Within 30 minutes of my call, he arrived and fixed the issue along with provided advice on how to dry out our house. Would highly recommend London Emergency Plumbing to friends and family!

I called LEP in the early hours of Monday, around 02:15am, and the engineer was at my home before 03:00am. He unblocked my toilet in an efficient and speedy manner, without fuss or bother. I was impressed with his professionalism and he went about his work in a friendly manner. I recommend LEP very highly and will definitely use them again. Great service, excellent.

Had a couple problems with a leak under my sink - had to get an engineer in twice. Both times they came really fast - within the day, were really helpful and got the problem sorted. Both lovely guys and worth the price :)

Very satisfied with the job they done at faur price. Especially drainage engineer who's name is Idris. I use him fir second time. He is professional and reliable. No complaints

Pricing na transparent. Even so, me agreed to service but they never show. Went elsewhere, fixed. There is many company like this one, some wont even give upfront cost even though is simple job, na thanks😒

I’ve used London Emergency Plumbing several times in recent years. They communicate really well and are quick to visit and get the job done. Idris has helped me several times and is always helpful offering really good advice.

Very professional and efficient service but after 1 hour he could still not clear the drains?, with a jet blaster? Thameswater came this morning and sorted it in 10 mins with physical rods. I have just been advised that Thameswater will generally clear drains for no charge. Do no need for paying these private guys then??

Idris was excellent!! Very prompt arrival, very clear on what needed to do done to resolve a blocked stack, demonstrated the before and after (and sent me the video) all while being very courteous and careful of our home. Thank you and will def use again / recommend.

Really disappointed to be told on the phone the callout fee was £69 (fine) to then be given a contract when the plumber arrived saying there is an additional fee of £249 PER HOUR!!!!! Ended up paying £320 for a small leak under the sink, I was disgusted by this deceptive business practise and could not in good faith recommend this company.
