Lola’s cakes are delicious and I have to visit when I’m in London. My favourite is the red velvet cupcake but I had the lemon flavour on my most recent visit and it was also delicious.

I and my family have come across this wonderful new cake company just 2 months back at Trafford centre Manchester and it was the best cupcakes we have had in a very long time. My 2yr old son can't get enough of it and so do I. Soo many flavours and all are mouthwatering. All 3 of us get Lola's cakes every time we visit Trafford centre and the takeaway boxes are also soo nicely presented.

I had a fantastic experience with Lola’s Cupcakes customer service, particularly Wesley, who really went above and beyond to help us.

Unfortunately, DPD had messed up the delivery of my cake and advised that it would not arrive until the following day, which was a huge problem as the cake was for my husband’s 40th birthday party that day!

I called Lola’s customer service and spoke to Wesley, who was incredibly helpful and understanding. He advised that he would do his very best to arrange for another cake to be delivered in time for the party.

True to his word, Wesley managed to arrange a driver and had a replacement cake delivered to us by 2pm the same day! What could have been a very stressful situation was completely turned around thanks to his excellent customer service.

A massive thank you to Wesley for going the extra mile and making sure we had the cake in time for such an important occasion. It was genuinely appreciated and made a big difference to my husband’s 40th birthday celebrations.

Something has changed about the red velvet cake AND icing recipe, and that was evident from the first taste. I feel sad saying that because the red velvet at Lola's has always been my go-to and now I don't know if I'll order it again as it has changed from what I loved.

Why did you guys have to change the recipe when it wasn't broken?

The packaging was really good and the taste as always top tier! I was able to surprise my sister and her husband for their anniversary and tracking was really easy

Birthday cake, very easy ordering, good quality cake, bought the same one and it was fine for a family of 5. Like being able to personalise. Would recommend and would order again. Postage was dear £10 but couldn’t collect from a local drop box as was busy at wrk all day so had to do delivery.

First time ordering online and it was just as the picture looks the cake and cupcakes i ordered were so tasty everybody loved it and the process to pick up the cake from the locker was smooth

I ordered a wedding cake but needed it delivered within a specific timeframe before the reception. I contacted customer service and Chloe was so helpful she contacted the delivery team to ensure the cakw would be delivered at the specific time i needed. She was kind empathetic ans provided great customer service and the cake was delicious. I would highly recommend lolas
