You can stop looking for another company to do your branding. Logoindigo got me a complete branding package and uniquely designed everything i required for my startup company. I got my website,logo,business cards,letter heads,banners and my social media pages.They worked with me through all my revisions, had outstanding customer service during the entire process and the price was just outstanding.

If you need a branding done for your company, don't bother wasting your time looking elsewhere. "I got more than my money's worth!"

Credit card processed by odd third party, received two terrible options that had nothing to do with the description I provided. Spoke to the manager who promised better results. Next day got two that were even worse. I said as you have a 100% satisfaction guarantee lets just part ways and you can refund my money. He agreed and replied with that promise by e-mail. Here we are 2 weeks later following many calls and e-mails and he will not follow through on refund. I even had him on the phone with my credit card provider and first said he had refunded it (of course my bank could see that it was never processed) and then promised to refund it that day. Nope, never happened. Now He wont take my calls or respond to my e-mails.Stay far away from this company.

I started working with LogoIndigo knowing nothing about logo creation and design. After talking to a representative I purchased a packaged that allowed for unlimited revisions (highly recommend this). Honestly, I was underwhelmed with the first set of logos...but they were very good at coming back and offering up changes to match what I was looking for. In the end, after 6 revisions, I had the perfect logo for my business. The whole time they were friendly, reasonable and provided fast turnaround times.

I appreciate the engaged attitude of the designers, and their effort to complete the job to satisfaction.

I engaged this company to design new logos for my company. I was very pleased and it took three days. I also hired them to put the logos on new letterhead, business cards and envelopes. This was the end of April and I am still waiting for the correct finished product. The would send me drafts, I would send corrections, and they weren't made, or the corrections would be made to the wrong letterhead and cards, I would return with the corrections, etc., etc., etc. I would not recommend this company as it's been over a month since this project commenced. It's been frustrating, time consuming and a headache to try to understand how something so simple has turned into something so complicated. Hopefully I will get the correct finished product this year.

Overall experience was positive. The logo design was good but the quality of the end product was not great. My logo had extra and missing pixels in parts of the graphic which I had to manually correct. Expectation was more custom art rather than clip art. I also expected a crisp image that could be used anywhere.

My experience with Logoindigo has been excellent. As promised the concept logos appeared in my inbox within 48 hours.
Revisions were done at good speed and according to my wishes.
I am very happy with the final result.

one advice:
never refer to the numbers of the concept logos in your reply.
Just send the ones you want changed or merged in your reply as attachments. Saves time and confusion.

Not only did I really like the design that Logoindigo came up with, so did my friends and colleagues! Really solid job, especially for the price.

I received an email from Logoindigo.com a few weeks ago with a great March Madness offer for a logo design. I had the opportunity to get five sample logos from their designers for under $100. The price would include the final logo, with most file formats and all rights of the logo given to me. I explained my concept to them as well as uploaded a file of a logo that I found on the internet that was similar to what I envisioned. Within 48 business hours, I had my five samples. I have to admit, I was skeptical about what I would receive, but I was pleasantly surprised with the results. Out of the five samples, I really liked two of them, one of which I had revised (free of charge). I chose the revised sample as my logo for my new business. I urge new or potential business owners to give Logoindigo.com a chance to create a logo for you.

Fastest and most reasonable cost experience I ever had. Make a request to have my logo totally revised and it was done without question. Really? Now that's customer service.

I asked for the Design of 2 Logo's. In both cases the Design was Great, but the communication poor and errors in the process of handling the orders.

Great designers, they created a logo we could really be excited about.

They are prompt and very patient.
