I used Logoindigo on 2 occasions and was satisfied every time.I'll use them again.

Very efficient, fast and reliable to produce great work.

Chat transcript, "invoice", emails, screenshots and stripe reported, all sended to Truspilot becose it dont seem real...

I was a "client" my site was .........., 2 months saying they are making my design and they only send me a premaked old template. 2 Months later they say the template is "corrupted", they send me the capture and wow, they are trying to install a woocommerce template without woocommerce plugin installed... (every beginner designer will know what will happen).

I asked for a refund directly, of course...

They told me refund is done time ago. Maybe "international" are causing the delay (of course). I contact them again days later, they say the some thing. I asked them for a Stripe refund number, and they told me to wait, I wait online and asking each some minutes (its not so hard find a refund order number in a serious business). Finally they told me they will do the refund NOW but without a % for the "job" done... YES, without a bit of shame and not explications at all of what happened with the "refund maded", you can imagine my face...

Its unveliable in a serious business, for that I sended all the proofs to TrustPilot.

Beware with this people.

I was hesitant to try them at first because I didn't think I would get anything of quality for the price they were charging. However, it was totally the opposite. I got something I really liked and I got it extremely quick. I highly recommend using them.

Logoindigo was very easy to work with and supplied me with some great logo options that will hopefully help launch my new business venture into a long term success.

I found Logoindigo easy to work with. In my case they didn't create a logo from scratch, but rather provided me professionally designed files of the amateurish logo I designed myself (but was rather pleased with in general).

They created a nice business card and stationary to go with the logo.
In turning this project around I was typically the bottleneck, not the designer and any feedback was processed professionally.

First time using Logoindigo's design services. I was pleasantly surprised by their quick turn-a-round and quality at a very affordable price.

Reliable and Good design

I had some bad experiences with some other companies offering logos, so I was a little hesitant to try again, but I have been pleasantly surprised with logoindigo and Scott. He has made the revisions I asked for and the end result is wonderful. Thank you Scott!

I had LOGO INDIGO design a Logo and incorporate that Logo into a Stationary package also of their design.
First and foremost the capability and services they offer must be considered against alternate service providers. Relative to their pricing LOGO INDIGO offer an excellent value for Money solution. When they say unlimited updates you can absolutely rely on their commitment. If you are patient and give them clear feedback the response is great. Narrowing your choice to one design and working with the support team to improve will get a faster conclusion. All the improvements I requested were implemented swiftly. I would recommend to use “English 101” when giving feedback and for general communications.
These are really nice people to deal with as they were always positive even when I requested for a change of design after they produced final logo files they willingly made the changes. I will not hesitate to trust these good people with future work.

Most of the work is done by offshore team, so communication is very poor. The sales person will promise the world to get you to place an order. They will also promise 24-48 turned around time with full refund guaranteed which is not true. I placed an order for 5 page website with content. It took them more than 2 months to complete and also did not receive what I asked for. They want to charge extra even though the order shows unlimited revision. Trust me please don't fall for it. I suggest find another local company who is willing to talk to you over the phone with all your requirements.

I was skeptical about working with this company since I did not hear about this company before. However, I was able to get two logos for my business for $60 along with the necessary files. They have been extremely helpful and kind, especially because I did not know what I was looking for in regards to my business logo. I would suggest that if you have a problem, just speak about it and allow them the opportunity to solve the problem. Overall, I am great that I gave this company a chance.

If I was to describe Logoindigo in one word I would use "Amazon". Everyone knows Amazon customer service is unmatch and exemplary, they go above and beyond for their customer, this is Logoindigo. Logoindogo has never cease to amaze me and deliver to my clients what they need from logo to website design that is extraordinary and on time at prices that cannot be beat and customer service to mirror their work. No project too big or too small and all is given the same care and attention and customer one on one attention all the time.

I have never used a company to help with my branding before so I wasn't sure what to expect. LogoIndigo had a great price going for a single logo so I figured I could start there and if it didn't work out, I wouldn't be out a ton of money. After filling out a short questionnaire on the general vibe my business and some thoughts on how I would like my logo to look, they took it from there. It was only a couple of days before they got back to me with a couple samples. Honestly, they were both pretty good but I really liked one more than the other. After just a couple tweaks, I'm super happy with it. Kevin Marshall did a great job on the colors, and the design. And I have a brand new awesome logo! Thanks so much!
