plant arrived completely toppled over - soil everywhere in box - plant damaged therefore

I have bought from Em and Jay at loft leaf on a few occasions recently. The plants arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The plants were a bit rarer than the normal and will be an excellent addition to my growing collection.

I just happened to come across Loft Leaf when looking online at other shops for plants and I can honestly say how happy I am I bought from LL instead! The packaging was brilliant, the delivery was fast and the plants! The plants are beautiful and so much bigger than I expected and look perfect! Never a bad word to say.
I’ve had one issue with 1 plant from this company and that was a root rot affected black velvet Alocasia - was sorted, replaced within days.
I have probably spent an ungodly amount with this company because they just get better and better!

Everything packed very carefully. Soil secured with the clingfilm. Box filled with the filler so my plants wasnt moving inside.
Order prepared the next day. They even stoped it over the weekend, as there was bank holiday and my package could stuck somewhere, and massaged me about it before so all aspects went just perfect.
I'm really happy with everything. Love my plants and will definitely use them again!
