I should have read the reviews and that it is on me. Please be aware! The purpose of this company is to extort money from people in much need of a service.

They try to make me pay aprox £1700 for changing 2 locks. I went with just one instead and it got me to aprox £900.

I was honestly afraid of the bloke they sent over, being by myself at home. I have paid by card. The man was very rude, borderline agresive and gaslighted me the entire time, ignoring questions and repeating his “sales pitch”.

These are a bait and switch scam company. They quote £59 and then try and charge £1000. If you use them, don't pay or do charge back or better yet - never use them!!!

Searched on Google for a locksmith and a company pops up that connects you to locksmiths, they said they’d send someone. Google states no call-out fee and repairs from £39. No one mentioned any “special fees”.
He changed 1 part. And said they don’t have anything cheaper so it’s the only option. He was here 34 minutes and wanted £130 for labour. He added a £120 emergency call out charge. He double charged VAT for the replacement part. He said the total was £589 for 34 minutes of work and swapping 1 part,

I had to call the office 3 times and the father in law ended up speaking to the guy before they magically wiped the ridiculous fees, and it came to £286 in the end. Still ridiculously high for what he did considering a simple lock barrel ranged from £10 to maybe £70 for a decent one. But seriously be wary if dealing with this company.

What a rip off drilling lock to take out cylinder in order to enter my home as inadvertently I had locked door with key still in lock inside door took about 30 minutes £185 !!! No call out fee instead charged me £79 for emergency response before 5pm!! New barrel £89 -TOTAL BILL FOR ABOUT 1 hrs work was £493.20!!! SHOULD have read the small print before i signed in it said engineer would explain work with his drill already raring to go - didn't explain labour costs - cost of parts - but did try and sell me a barrel at cost of £140 didn't show me a price breakdown before work started- felt I had to let him go ahead as my partner was sat in car sobbing as she has dementia- god help us
RIP OFF BEWARE READ THE SMALL PRINT ON INVOICE which I didn't see until he produced the invoice and didn't read the small print

I went swimming with my car keys in my pocket. Sadly the Key has not worked consistently since. I had a super knowledgeable man come to my work site and cut, program and test 2 keys. A super service, same day in my case. A company I will not forget and would highly recommend.

Fantastic. Happy go lucky chap turned up within 25 minutes of me shutting the door on my audi A6 with engine running. Got the door open within a matter of minutes.
Saved my day from a busy schedule of sales meetings.

My keys were stolen and I was stuck in Reading. I live in Wales and needed to get back that day for work the following day. Andy was really helpful.
I had a new key and a spare key (he kindly cut additionally) within an hour of him meeting me.
