Quick and efficient service

Mike was the first company to pick up the phone when I was locked out in the middle of the night. Came and did the job quickly and efficiently. Didn’t leave a mess in the house.

Good

Sony was fast and reliable. He arrived quicker than I expected. The latch was blocked, and our keys wouldn’t turn to open the door.
He opened the door without any damage, and for that we are thankful. Thank you, Sony & Co, for such a great job.

Not just a flawless service

Not just a flawless service, but fast too.
The service was excellent and carried out with precision.
I was surprised by John’s skills and the way he handled the stressful situation I was in.

My door has a high-security lock installed and it immediately closed after I left the property, leaving me with no chance to take my keys.
I panicked for a bit, not knowing what would happen next or how I would get back into my property.

I called an emergency locksmith company. The person on the phone immediately calmed me down, assuring me that I would regain access within 30 minutes of the call — and that turned out to be true.

The locksmith arrived, politely explained the situation I was in, and walked me through the steps he would take.

Totally satisfied and highly recommend this company!
