Great price and delivered when you said you would.

the items came on time and you still produce a paper cataloge but not sure if the prices are that great

Although product was received in good condition, The process of getting the product to us was a bit longer than usual even after getting approval from our Head Office.

I use Lockhart Catering exclusively for cutlery for our business. We are a food factory with some 50 plus employees and get through some supplies but Lockhart offer a variety of ranges that suit our various needs. Their service is always second to none.

Good were delivered to massive Amazon warehouse. We have our own loading bay for deliveries btw.

I still dont have the goods ive ordered and pay for. Its happening every time. I may find them in the future with bit of luck

A very sorry tale made worse by twice being reassured the item was about to be delivered when in fact it proves to be out of stock. There is nothing worse than listing items as available, accepting an order, taking payment and then, over a protracted period, giving false information about an order that is time dependant. A shocking performance of which potential customers should be aware.

New supplier for me and maybe I have just been unlucky but it’s been a nightmare to arrange delivery of my first complete order, nearly 3 months now and still missing items, customer service has not been helpful either, quoting yes it’s in the warehouse and on its way very shortly this week ….over 5 weeks ago.

Of the 24 glasses I ordered seven were broken, hardly surprising given the minimal packaging. I contacted Lockhart using 2 email adresses, one for sales and one for warehouse. I have received nothing back from anyone on the subject and I want to order more.

I wish there was more available on the site as waiting for 6 weeks is not very professional to have to order and product and then call to see where it is only to be told it was never ordered from your side. Very frustrating. So i would order what i need from Amazon at least i know i will have it the next day. Maybe you should take another look at the system you have in place and try to meet your customers needs a little quicker because this service is appalling.

I found Lockhart on an internet Google search as I was specifically looking for Wedgeood crockery. The prices were very good beating all the competition significantly and the five-star reviews were true to the company's performance on price, communication and service. I would have no hesitation in recommending them based on my experience. A+++++

Wanted a very small saucepan in which to produce small amounts of sauce, gravy, etc. Never dealt with Lockhart Catering Equipment before, but found them a good supplier with a next day delivery.
Mini saucepan arrived well packed within the cardboard box.
Will deal with this firm again.
