Locauto was very friendly; super easy to pick up the car ( contract had all including insurance) with no extra fees. I originally had another reservation with a different company that felt through. Locauto really saved the day!

We had to leave the car on the side…
We had to leave the car on the side because there were no available parking spaces. We drove around the parking lot several times, but unfortunately couldn’t find a free spot, and we were not allowed to park in the area of another rental company.
One small negative point we noticed was that there was no windshield washer fluid in the car.
Apart from that, everything was very good and we were really happy with the car overall.

We had ordered a car for 12:00 on 15-08-26. We didn't arrive until 2:00 because our suitcases hadn't arrived. Still, we waited 30 minutes for the car because it was being prepared. We tried to book a car directly with you but you didn’t have any availability, then we booked with zest and upon our arrival in Sardinia we realised it was the same company that zest is using locally.
Then “we didn’t have to” but it was strongly recommended to get full insurance because the full insurance we bought via zest wouldn’t cover it.
Basically all you are interested in is to get more money out of your customers.

Locauto staff have been very helpful…
Locauto staff have been very helpful and supportive but the booked car was not available and I had to wait more than 4 hours until I received the vehicle.
Also, despite I paid an expensive insurance, I had to pay an extra one to protect the car.
