Unprompted review
poor company - poor service - dont bother
went to hire the skis and the shop was closed.
They refused to refund.
They dont reply to communication.
save your money and save your holiday - hire elsewhere
And they finally reply to the bad feedback. As I wasn't able to ski on the first day due to the shop being closed till 2 pm I lost a full days hire. I'm still waiting for a refund.

I am sorry you had an unhappy experience with one of our shops. Unfortunately some of our partner shops are closed for an hour or two over lunch which would explain why the shop you visited wasn’t open. We aim to have the most up to date information on our website regarding our partner shop opening times but as some of ours shops change these week to week, they may not always be correct. I’m very sorry that you suffered an unfortunate delay to the start of your skiing holiday but the opening hours of our individual partner shops are down to the owners discretion and ultimately out of our control. Once again, I’m sorry you had a bad experience with us!
