Had to make a claim on my house contents insurance with Saga . Lloyds were the insurers . Oh my goodness Sheldon ! So helpful friendly and completely reassuring. Going through the questions he was very patient and understanding. Everything was sorted and I had the money in my account within days . I was not aware that my insurance had changed from Halifax to Lloyd's... I had no notification informing me of this ... the first thing I knew about it was when I received an email telling me that my insurance had lapsed ... when I called the call centre I had to pay a lot more than I was quoted ... terrible customer service

We always send your renewal invitation via email and post around 21 days prior to your renewal date.
We also issued a notice of change document to confirm the change from Halifax to ourselves.
