Staff are amazing

Very friendly staff. Dealt with me very politely and professionally. A good experience from start to finish.

Didn't know this medical centre existed. A welcome addition to our other lical hospitals...brilliant experience..warm friendly welcome..registered my car on arrival...plenty of parking at the rear of the building. Appointment was on time.....MRI scan.I was put at ease..nothing to worry about..

Lots of accessible parking which helps. Appt was on time. The building is spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly, explained everything and you weren't made to feel rushed or that they didn't have time for you.
Would highly recommend this service and would definitely use it again given the opportunity.

The staff were so kind and understanding as I was so frightened about having an MRI but I managed to do it with their help

They originally treated me through the NHS and I got excellent care. However, when I needed something very quickly, I opted to pay for a consultant privately and had an appointment the same day which sorted out my dizziness and I am so grateful for that. It is a lovely place and the people who work there have been kind and considerate. I highly recommend them.

Thank you for a professional experience & friendly atmosphere. I had a PRP injection administered by Dr Bill Pass. By strange coincidence he was a student at my local school in Staveley Chesterfield many years ago. He was a safe pair of hands. The one hour travel was worth the expense. Thank you all for your kindness & expertise.

From friendly reception to a pleasant waiting area I was very content. Although I was 15 minutes early for my appointment I was called in to the scan room before I had completed the short medical questionnaire! The technician was very courteous and explained the process, which was painless and, apart from the noises the scanner made, very comfortable and straightforward.
Excellent service all round.

I was so anxious to have my endoscopy done. Very scared and unsure about what they would find. Can I just say thankyou so much from the bottom of my heart for your amazing professionalism and caring nature towards me. Absolutely fantastic set of ladies who assured me everything would be ok. From start to finish they guided me through. The experience is not pleasant. But once it's done it's done. So thankful to have had these ladies today! Exceptional care and aftercare. This was at pontefract northgate surgery. Well done team!

I was very anxious about having the MRI scan due to having fairly bad claustrophobia. It wasn't a good experience for me but, without the care and attention from the staff, who were so sympathetic and understanding, I know for sure that I would have cancelled after the first few minutes. I'm so grateful for their patience and can highly recommend the two people who looked after me as it was important to complete the scan for my further treatment.

Pleasantly greeted at reception. No wait for testing. Radiology techs were very friendly and informative.

Arrived at Robin Lane Health Care (Living Care), no where to park, waited till someone left, entered inside, not very welcoming at all, reception staff were very obnoxious and not very helpful, was told to sit in the waiting area until I was called, never asked my name or anything, my appointment time came and went by, after waiting 45 mins I decided to speak to receptionist, she was very abrupt and told me that someone will be with me soon, I have never been to the place before and will never return due to horrible reception staff, the treatment I received was really good and the nurses and doctors in the Gastroscopy department were lovely.

I was dealt with efficiently and effectively by the Sheffield team and everything went as expected.

The whole service was incredibly quick and simple - from first contact to receiving results plus verbal report in under 4 days. Easy and safe to pay using PayPal which was appreciated. Screening questions and discussion with a doctor were rapidly undertaken to ensure the scans were appropriate.
Staff at the imaging centre are friendly, helpful, reassuring and skilful. I was made very comfortable for the scans and actually fell asleep during them. I received a phonecall from the radiologist - who explained the results as well as kindly providing a full, written report by email - within 30 hours of having the scans. So grateful to and hugely impressed by all concerned. The MRI results were much needed prior to an imminent outpatient appointment and urgent referral.
