My sofa has arrived and it is truly beautiful. There were some delays along the way and it did take a long time to arrive but it was worth the wait. The 4 stars are due to the wait - not the quality of the sofa which I would rate as 5 star.

sofa was 5 months late ! they said they would send us a free ottoman to match the sofa for the delay and terrible experience we had with them , however even that's now 2 weeks later than the 8-12 week eta they tell you, and now not getting any response to our emails. TERRIBLE COMPANY , AVOID

We wanted to address your concerns raised.
For a short period of time, we were faced with delays due to the blockade in the Suez Canal. We communicated the delay to customers and explained this was beyond our control; however, we worked swiftly to deliver your sofa to you as soon as it arrived in our warehouse in the UK.
The complimentary ottoman we offered as a goodwill gesture was ordered on 15th May, and it’s still within the 8-12 week delivery window we communicated, so your statement about this being late is simply not true. We understand that delays can be frustrating, but it's important to note that we’ve been transparent about the timeline, and our very last update sent last week informed you that we would reach out once the ottoman passed quality checks. You emailed us every few days asking about the whereabouts of your complimentary ottoman and each reply we sent was informing you that your item is on its way to us and will be delivered within 8-12 weeks time frame. So contrary to your claims, you have been provided updates.
We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products, and that requires thorough processes. The delay was beyond our control, but we’ve gone above and beyond by offering a £600 ottoman at no cost to you..... Not so bad for a 'terrible company', some would say.
We ask for your patience as we fulfill our promise. We value our customers and are committed to making things right, but we also appreciate understanding and respect in return.

Delivery was good
No need for assembly, as all was taken care of within 10 minutes. Rubbish was taken away, and sofa was placed nicely in the living room. We even paid for our old sofa to be removed which saves us a trip to the tips.

These guys have left the competition way behind! Their sofas are made to last, their materials are amazing, i was given free stain resistant protection when others are charging for this, all on top of having a reasonable price too. cant complain
