Old is gold

The customer service really was old school. Like the one we received when the world was a much better place. People who actually listen ad care about you, and actually think about your best interest. That's how we felt when speaking to Emma from LiveLusso. She really took onboard what we were after, didn't rush to make a sale, and was patient with us. We went back and forth for probably 10 days before we decided on the Pavia. And I can honestly say, what a delight! Its truly given our room the japandi look we were going for.

Standout company

I recently moved to the UK from California and could write a book about all the horrible experiences I've had with furniture companies. I actually came across their site when I was planning our move to the UK and can honestly say livelusso is the one exception - amazing styles, but I have to say their service is the stand out! They were super generous and helpful when I had an issue and I highly recommend them!

Take the extra cushions!

I went for the extra cushions whilst ordering our sofa and im glad I did, as I later found out that we cant order these on their own, and they need to be added onto a sofa order. They are comfy, breathable, and retain their shape. Only thing is getting the hubby off his backside isn't as easy anymore lol!

A couch company I will avoid

Waited 6 months for our delivery, with numerous emails back and forth. Rigorous quality checks are said to be completed however our order arrived orange rather than brown! Now trying to get it returned and refunded yet after trying all routes of contact and no phone answer, I can't get in contact with anyone from the company. Very disappointing experience

Awful experience

Awful experience, I ordered a dark blue sofa back in December and was shown it would be delivered in March after chasing and chasing it came in June completely the wrong colour and now they want to deduct 175 to return even though they have not sent the product I ordered I would never shop here again.

It is so sad as I like to give other places a try rather then always going with high street brands but experiences like this just makes me not want to give other places a go.

Things got better ….

I have to update my review of four days ago .
It would appear that my words had the desired effect . I was quickly contacted and was reassured to learn that should Panther not be able to locate my missing item I would receive a new one , one that had been intended for display , On that understanding I agreed to take delivery .
And the Gela that was delivered is indeed a quality sofa - being both stylish and comfortable . Lightweight but well constructed. All perfect bar one of the legs - which look fabulous - having a slight scratch. However I was instantly promised a replacement in the post . So I am now a happy bunny once more and feel I need to present a more favourable review . I would praise the product which looks unique and represents real value for money . And do appreciate that delivery problems are often a bugbear for all parties . So I foresee a happy ending …

Large and beautiful

Sofa was too big to get through the front door. Panther deliver guys were kind enough to bring it down the side of the house and in through the back. They took packaging away and assembled the legs too. Very happy customer.

Good could have been amazing

The only thing that let them down was that their delivery guys came 1 hour late and I had to pick the kids up, so this ended up back at the delivery companies warehouse, and then had to be rescheduled back out 3 days later. I did ask if they could come back later in the day but they said no, but apart from that everything else was great! Prices are a little high, but well worth it once you receive the sofa.

Stylish and worth the wait

Really good designs, and well worth waiting 10 weeks for. Some of the other big stores have upto 16 weeks, and have really dated designs. So 10 weeks for this range of sofas is impressive.

Play the long game

Ok the first thing to point out is the waiting time is accurate but err towards the longest time estimate I was told 20 weeks it was probably 21 weeks , BUT i can totally say worth the wait the quality and comfort is amazing I'm glued to it already , so be patient and be rewarded

Fab-u-lous

Quality of their furniture is outstanding. The price is amazing given the standard of workmanship. I knew it would be some weeks before delivery and their league times were far shorter than other larger retailers.
Sarah kept me informed and even though there was an issue with delivery it was resolved to my satisfaction. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again! Modern designs, quality materials and workmanship at an excellent price!

Linen convert

Was looking at velvet originally, but linen is a lot more hard wearing and after viewing the swatches I am now converted to linen. The cream linen is really nice and with the added stain protection we’ve got on the sofa, it means my boys wont be staining this one anytime soon.

Quick delivery

Optimistic

Ordered 5 weeks ago, haven't yet received the sofa, I've still got 6 weeks or so left, but I can say the amount of updates and communication I've received so far is impeccable. Maybe I'll come back and update this review as soon as I receive the sofa.

Who does this nowadays?

I’d had a bad experience prior to this as I ordered a sofa, it turned up nothing like advertised ( ordered from a big retailer who has 3 letters in their name ), and so I was a bit hesitant from ordering another sofa online. I read the reviews and again was hesitant, but once I got in touch on live chat I was put at ease by the team and they addressed all my concerns.

Tim asked a lot of questions to make sure we got the right sofa ordered. The depth of his questioning really showed his expertise, room dimensions, door opening, whether it opens to the right, to the left, hallway dimensions, hallway shape, is it round, is it straight, are there any turns, do we have pets, is the sofa going to be in direct sunlight, I could go on and on!

At first it felt like an interview lol. But without the in depth questions, I really wouldn’t have got sofa that I now have come to truly love. The Gela is a show stopper. You can tell that this sofa has been put together with love and care.

Its solidly ( don’t know if that’s a word ) built, but still has class, and beauty and isn’t just a bulky solid sofa. It has elegance and im now contemplating ordering an armchair to go with it, just waiting for pay day.

I can truly say livelusso has changed my perception of ordering online, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Companies like this deserve recognition especially when the big boys treat you like just another number, at livelusso I felt valued from start to finish. Bravo!

Asked to remove my review. Sofa arrived incorrect.

Previously was asked by the company to remove my review. Putting it back up. After tons of back and forth with little response. I finally got a great customer service rep who walked me through the process. They promised my sofa within a week. Two weeks passed and I finally receive the shipping details. The sofa has just arrived and after all of that and their claimed quality control, the sofa has been delivered incorrectly. It was meant to be in a linen fabric but has been dropped off in what they are claiming is velvet but is in fact a cheap microsuede. I'll be returning it and getting a full refund.

They are now claiming that the asked me to remove my review after a refund had been granted. This is actually inaccurate. They asked me to remove my review before they had even delivered the sofa that expressed my dissatisfaction with their lack of communication around the progress of it. They cannot even keep tabs on their customer conversations. They did not follow up once on their own volition following my refund request.

They have processed my refund and waived the restocking fee after a few follow up emails. That was the only silver lining in the entire process.
