I have been ordering from here since 2019, there has never been any problem with ordering and delivery really fast, except for the last order, which was lost,but it wasn't the shop's fault. On the contrary, they were very helpful and solved this problem and I will have the product ordered. I'm very grateful that they have very good customer service. If you have a trip to Utrecht, be sure to stop in this shop, many high-quality Korean products and if not always can order products online before 20:00 you have them at home the next day.Thank you very much Little Wonderland team ❤️

Wonderful. Good prices, lovely website layout, quick delivery, fantastic products, everything beautifully packed, and I received nice gifts. It's my favourite website with Korean skincare, I've been recommending it to friends and posting about it on my social media where I have big following. Would love to order again, waiting for sale on my favourite moisturizer ;)

Semplicemente perfetto.
Gestione servizio clienti impeccabile: per un problema relativo alla spedizione (avevo indicato la consegna presso un dhl service point ma non era disponibile) sono stato tempestivamente contattato tramite mail e ho ricevuto assistenza estremamente cordiale e professionale, nella mia lingua peraltro (aspetto non banale). I tempi della spedizione sono stati poi molto veloci. Ottimo l'imballaggio e molto apprezzati i vari campioncini presenti.
Unico appunto/dubbio, la scadenza dei prodotti che ho acquistato non era a lunghissimo termine (circa 6 mesi), in ogni caso sufficiente per un utilizzo comodo. Per il prezzo pagato per i prodotti è giustificatissimo, avrei semplicemente gradito che fosse più esplicito in fase di acquisto (ma forse sono stato distratto io).
Solido riferimento per acquisti di skincare coreana con un ottimo assortimento.

Just perfect. Customer care impeccable: I had indicated the shipping to a dhl point as my choice, but the service wasn’t available, so the customer care promptly reached out to me. I’ve been assisted with politeness and reliability (in my language, by the way).
Excellent packaging, appreciated the multiple samples gifted. Fast delivery once the little inconvenience was solved.

One minor note: the expiry date of the discounted products is in 6 months. It’s more than enough to use up the products easily (and I think it’s more than justified for the price and the quality of the products themselves!) but I would have preferred it to be indicated more explicitly on the site (but maybe I was distracted, I’m really not sure!).

I thought that ''today ordered and tomorrow delivery'' is a marketing trick. Not at all. I was amazed how fast my parcel arrived, in perfect state, neatly, carefully packed,
And of course a product sample added what I appreciate 'cuz like everyone else I like to know what I am eventually going to purchase and I dislike 'misses'.

Little Wonderland is my favorite place to shop for korean skincare! Great product quality and service, the packaging is really cute, they give lots of good samplers, shipping is really fast. I never had any trouble with them. Wish them the best! Recommend!

Little Wonderland is a really great place to order at as my first order arrived swiftly and packaged in a secure manner (bubblewrap).

I've ordered like 7 items and they dispatched my order quickly and it arrived in Germany within 3 days.
Which is like insanely fast in comparison to some other shops out there even though those ship from Asia while LW is based in the Netherlands!

I'm glad they use DHL since I've only had like one bad experience with DHL over a span of hundreds of deliveries over the years.

Little Wonderland gave me a very generous amount of samples as well (like 6 regular samples and 2 'deluxe' ones even though my order clocked in at like over 150 Euros but I've seen other shops where you get less samples than that for the same value).

I'll definitely order again at some point when I'll have actual space for more! Gotta empty them all now before I'll stock up on em'.

One suggestion comes to mind: I would appreciate if y'all could sell some more Japanese brands cuz' I had to order some from a different shop. Would have come in handy if it would've been available at LW but I'm just nitpicking. LW seems to really be geared towards Korean cosmetics specifically so I'll have to keep sulking in that regard :D

I’ve been ordering my Puriot products from them for more than a year now and they are always on time, with flawless deliveries.

Recently I had a very sh***y experience with DHL delivery of the package and customer service has been just lovely. I just wanna go and give everyone cookies.

I’m very thankful for their kindness. The package has been replaced with a new one and I can hopefully receive my SPF++ today.

I’m glad they offer you multiple shipping companies to chose from because never ever will I chose DHL again, especially after reading their Truspilot page.

If you are looking for a trustworthy shop with amazing Korean cosmetic brands, then look no further. The site has a multitude of products to chose from and the service is amazing (sometimes the parcel is even delivered the next day).

I'm pleasantly surprised. I hadn't heard of this website before and wasn't sure what to expect but wow, they surely did deliver. I received my products the day after purchase. It came nicely packaged with multiple samples and a sheet mask. I am honestly so happy, I will definitely be shopping here again!

One of the best experiences buying korean skin care yet. I don’t know why is this market place not viral. Fair prices (what already is appealing) and SUPER FAST delivery. I live in Germany and my package came in 2 days. Just wow. I will definitely recommend buying stuff here.

Amazing customer support.
My package was send back twice because the delivery man didn't find my name on the doorbell.
It was send right back to them.
I e-mailed their support and got a reply pretty quick.
They took care of it so quick and received my package 2-3 days after I e-mailed them.
I am in love with the products and will buy from them again in the future.

When it comes to online shopping, you can never go wrong with dutch ones.
Little Wonderland is very easy to use, very quick (even if it's getting a bit slower lately but it's just a matter of 1 or days) and you get freebies with each order!
Just a little sad that the freebies policy changed and we now just get testers whereas we used to have free regular size products for big orders (which is also one of the reasons I kept ordering on their website... + the really quick shipping)

Absolutely awesome! They have great selection of products, a nice responsable client service, the products always come beautifully packed and shipped super fast! I made a couple of orders in the past and I know that whenever I’m in need of Korean cosmetics that’s the best place to go.

TLDR: sent fast, some products can be a bit expensive and some others cheaper or fair price, free shipping. I recommend.

It was my first order. They sent it really fast (took 2-3 days to arrive). Shipping costs were free after a certain amount. Prices are slightly expensive for some products but I've honestly seen the same prices on other websites, whilst other products were cheaper than other websites. Well-packed (beautiful box too).

Placed my order on a Thursday evening and the package arrived in the morning of the next day, the delivery was super fast and the webshop was super transparent with the order process. They also included a lot of samples to try out (and I mean a lot!!) which was super sweet of them.

They have a great selection of K- and J-beauty products at a very reasonable price, I would definitely recommend buying from them!

I've ordered multiple times now, and I've never been disappointed. The shipping is always quick and customizable, and I just love that you get a free sheet mask when your order is 40+ euros. The customer service is helpful and quick as well; I had to change my address once, and it was taken care of within 1,5 hours. The products have clear labels on the website and it's very easy to look for stuff that's specifically vegan/silicone free/sulfate free/fragrance free/cruelty free/etc. Every time I order here it's just such a wonderful experience.
