A ringing endorsement from yourself and Michael on Facebook was more than enough to put a big smile on my face, but for you to also follow it up with a full-fat 5-Star Truspilot review means that I am now grinning like a Cheshire cat.
Although it was great to meet your family in person at our Ticket Office when you collected your ticket envelope from us, hopefully peace of mind came beforehand too with our "belt and braces" approach of e-tickets winging their way to your inbox to go alongside your physical paper tickets and information.
You really did get things off and running in style with the first meal out of your holiday being at our Extra Touches Dining Discount partner The Mandarin and the same goes for your superb choice of property to stay at. I do hope your discount wristband was also put to good use at many of the restaurants, eateries and shops that are part of the scheme.

It was so nice to see all three Henrys present and correct in my Ticket Office this morning. You really have captured the spirit of Little Touches so, so well - in that we do the hard work so you don't have to. We remain the only option when it comes to somewhere that covers all bases for Blackpool attractions and shows, as despite much of our lives being lived online in 2020, there is still no single website where all Blackpool entertainment offerings can be purchased in one go.

Our standard at Little Touches® Hospitality is much higher than that, with our interactions always resulting in something for something(s), that for these. Great discounts and recommendations!
Tom was extremely helpful in not only providing us with discounted tickets for Blackpool Zoo, but also recommending other activities based on our interests. He even gave us some discount vouchers for local eateries and kindly ordered us a taxi from his ticket office to the Zoo. As you now know, Blackpool Zoo is one of our headline savers, with Guests receiving a 15% discount. The Zoo is not shy on reinvesting year on year either, so I'm sure you and your partner will have had a jolly good day out in their very capable hands.
I do hope you put the discount vouchers to good use and yes your chariot did await in the form of a taxi from our Ticket Office too. Glad to see that you also clocked the photographic evidence of me getting out and about and experiencing the attractions first-hand myself, rubbing shoulders with the likes of Ant and Dec and Spiderman at Madame Tussauds.
For you to end your review by proclaiming your likelihood of returning and using our services "next time" as "definitely" is the ultimate compliment and yet more evidence that our approach to forge lasting relationships with our Guests is a win-win situation for all.

Our Afternoon Tea offers for The Blackpool Tower Ballroom are an affordable way to indulge in a special treat so glad to read just how much you enjoyed the experience. Blackpool was truly blessed all those years ago to be the beneficiary of not one but two Frank Matcham masterpieces in the form of both the Tower Ballroom and Grand Theatre, both of which celebrated their 125th anniversaries this year.
In recent years, The Blackpool Tower Ballroom has of course won a new legion of fans due to BBC light entertainment juggernaut Strictly Come Dancing making "Blackpool Week" a firm fixture for the celebrity contestants to aim for and "get to"/"make it to" around halfway through each series. It's money can't buy publicity for the resort each time it happens with over an hour of primetime television devoted to one of our icons and they'll be doing it once again live to 12 million people on Saturday 16th November.

We visited this little shop and it brought BIG rewards. Only a week ago we were in Blackpool for an afternoon and evening. We left our bags at our B and B and set off into the unknown, After 100 yards we saw this shop and as it was like a Tourist Information we decided to go in and ask for a map. With the map we got 20 minutes of help as to how to spend our short time in Blackpool, We got tram tickets, advise for how to best see the lights, a restaurant recommendation which turned out to be superb and lots of thing marked on the map for our interest. First it was Judith creating some midweek magic for us over on Google and now replying to this review we've got that Friday Feeling because you have really gone all-out to sock it to potential new Guests about the Little Touches difference.
Your comment of "as it was like a Tourist Information" is yet further proof that Guests immediately grasp what we're about and treat us as part of the furniture in Blackpool, as though we've been here for decades. Indeed, we are the only facility of our type in South Shore, with the nearest similar outlet located 1.5 miles away.
Our team are always happy to help and are empowered to take as long as it takes to delight each and every Guest. Anything less than service excellence is - in no uncertain terms - unacceptable at our company.
The way in which you describe how we tied everything together for you is reflective of more and more of Blackpool's businesses working together to present a seamless resort experience for our 20 million visitors per year. Those clinging onto the outdated cutthroat "What's in it for me?" and "Look after number one" attitudes who believe that "Most people are only in it for themselves" will be left behind while the rest of us thrive.
It may well be the case that when you return to Blackpool you stay once again in the property on Withnell Road a couple of doors down from our Holiday Planning Centre. However, if you fancy a change then please bear our travel site in mind as we have a choice of hundreds of accommodation options to suit every taste and every pocket.
Our Guests issuing the magic words "highly recommend" in their reviews as you did doesn't happen by accident and echoes the sentiment of Og Mandino which is close to all our hearts:
"Beginning today, treat everyone you meet as if they were going to be dead by midnight. Extend to them all the care, kindness and understanding you can muster, and do it with no thought of any reward. Your life will never be the same again."
