Blackpool has and always will be a family resort at heart, however we find that many who come to visit us on a group weekend later bring their partners and children at a future date. At Little Touches® Hospitality we cover all bases with LittleTouches.com the home of accommodation for families and couples and Weekend Blackpool being our group breaks specialist. Older people have remained staunchly loyal to the resort for several decades and we most certainly do not take this continued support for granted. Although many older people are now Internet savvy, we still find that a significant number of our elderly Guests still love nothing more than hearing the warmth of a human voice over the telephone assisting them to plan and reserve their Blackpool holiday.

This is due in no small part to Guests like your goodself taking to Trustpilot, Facebook or Google to let everyone know that our claims about our company providing the most convenient and caring Blackpool experience possible are indeed true.

As you allude to, we shy away from the hard sell and as a result our approach is seen as a refreshing change to many, as elsewhere they are often treated as nothing but walking wallets.

Three fantastic shows, three days in a row certainly kept you busy! How wonderful to hear that the seats we arranged for you at Viva's Jersey Beats, Central Pier's Kings and Queens and Funny Girls were deemed the best seats in the house in your eyes too.

Taking advantage of the brilliant attraction bundle on offer meant that your daytime was just as action packed as your evening entertainment, heading up the Tower, exploring all things aquatic at SeaLife and star spotting at Madame Tussauds. Furthermore, travel to and from the venues was a cinch with your Blackpool Transport Saver Tickets, which enabled you to zip up and down to your heart's content on any bus and any modern tram.

It was my pleasure to serve such a diamond geezer! In saying what you have said you echo the fact Guests like you truly value us tying everything Blackpool together with one big metaphorical bow on their behalf. The pressure was really on to impress given that not only were you giving Blackpool a go for the first time, but also that the property where you were staying just so happened to be one of our top referrers too.

As I write to you on Sunday morning, I'm less than 24 hours away from welcoming two new members of staff to Little Touches. I know I was pulling your leg about encouraging more Londoners to head up north to see us, but should you do so as of 9am tomorrow morning we're more than ready for a big influx of people from your neck of the woods reserving their hotel and tickets through us. With the Blackpool Illuminations 2020 Switch On having taken place on Friday and with our legendary lights now staying on an extra two whole months beyond November and across Christmas and even into the beginning of 2021, there's no excuse for our friends south of Watford not to come up and see us.

Finally, given that you clocked my rare picture of Del, Rodney and Granddad sitting pretty on top of the desk in our Ticket Office and we both share a love of Only Fools and Horses, it only seems right that I end my review reply by saying see you again...

It was so nice to read that your research saw Little Touches come out on top. Regarding your comment "never tried to sell me things I didn't want" this is a surprising rarity in 2020 business and makes us seriously stand out in a world that more often than not has a find'em, fleece'em, forget'em attitude.

There's also no clock watching when it comes to the time it takes to deliver knock-your-socks-off service to our Guests, as our energies are always focused on whatever it takes now in order for you to stick with us for many years to come.

Ultimately Janet, your review reflects how we are only too keen to hold our Guests' hand every step of the way to get them the best Blackpool experience package possible. I most certainly can't grumble at that and you can't say fairer than that either!

Hello Sophie,

We do indeed have our Withnell Road neighbours John and Jenny to thank for being introduced to each other. Hoteliers like them have really got behind us and very much appreciate having a facility like ours on their doorstep for their Guests to get their tickets all at once. I know when I saw Jenny a couple of weeks ago, she gave a big thumbs up to our building now being painted in the unmissable Blackpool FC tangerine colour, as it makes it even easier to point our Ticket Office out to her Guests.

Increasingly popular is the initiative you describe oh so well - our Ready and Waiting ticket collection service. This is being embraced and valued so, so much as of late and going off what you gave a nod to with your "extremely handy" comment, is convenience personified. Yes, all of our Guests still often get e-tickets off us in advance, but going in and out of emails on a phone can still be fiddly a lot of time, so having an easily accessible paper-based version of everything lined up for them is viewed as a godsend. Furthermore, however advanced technology is getting anyway, I'm yet to be able to send physical discount wristbands through cyberspace!

As you've probably guessed by now, at Little Touches we have a healthy disdain for conventional wisdom. By offering both online and offline, over-the-phone and in-person we cover all bases, much to the delight of Guests like you.

Helpful, handy and highly recommend so said Sophie, but from me to you I am grateful, truly and deeply for your review.
