This company is completely unethical

This company is completely unethical, I’ve ordered a mud kitchen and one month later there has been no update on my “three day promised delivery”. What’s worse is they have no phone number and have completely ghosted my emails. Not so much as an apology or even an acknowledgment of my order. Is this fraud? As they know people will claim back from their credit card provider? I’m reporting this.

No dispatch for over a week

Estimated delivery time on item page completely unreliable. Item not yet dispatched (it’s been over a week). No reply from the company either. I may need to request a chargeback by the credit card company.

What an amazing company!

What an amazing company!! Their customer service was second to none. Not only was the Christmas tree I ordered amazing and well worth the money but their customer service was amazing. There was issues with my delivery (which was not the company’s fault but the courier service) and they could not have done more to make sure it was resolved asap, there communication with me though out was top tear. I would definitely be ordering again and recommending to friends and family
I’m one very happy customer

Don't trust the delivery date given on…

Don't trust the delivery date given on the website. When you go to buy a product - the website says 'order within x hrs and the product will be delivered on x date'.

Whilst delays can happen en route, my product was only dispatched on the advertised delivery date and so was never going to be on time. I will be turning up to a birthday party empty handed.
