Reliable delivery, zero fuss

came in a regular box, lightweight but felt heavier than expected when lifted. popped onto my desk and didn’t take up much room. after unpacking, no weird smells or scuffs on surface. arrived before the date, so now i don’t even think about returns.

Flowy and doesn’t crease

Already wore it out, got compliments, and weirdly the hem stays smooth without those strange bunches you sometimes see after sitting. Packed it in a suitcase and the fabric stayed pretty flat, just needed a quick shake. Wristbands didn’t catch on the stitch either. Not what I expected (in a good way).

UNHAPPY customer

I ordered a nice as I thought travel outfit which stated a sweatshirt fabric it took about 3weeks to arrive (from China) once arrived I was very disappointed with the quality & fabric of the item does NOT look anything like the advertisement!
The returns say items must be returned 10 days of ordering so yet another waste of money!!!

I have had no invoice to send to them ??

Worse company to contact

Worse company to contact, they only give an email! Which I have done, still no reply, the clothes that came didn’t even look anything like the advert! Cheap material, how can I get a refund! And if I can’t return to who knows where! Within 14 days am out of pocket by £45! Any help please

Pleasant Surprise with My Facebook Outfit Purchase!

I purchased a Rapid Heat Heater

I purchased a Rapid Heat Heater , It took ages for it to arrived, When I tried it the heater took ages to get warm , I can get more heat from a Fart. I contacted the customer sevices who advised me not to return the item as it would cost too much but to acceot £12 (30%) refund but that will take 10 days to be put back on my card and keep the rubbish heater. PLease do not be duped by this company

These people are AI scammers

These people are AI scammers. I bought a highland cow advent calendar on the basis of some really cute, really detailed digital mock ups. That’s not what I was sent. The cows were sometime hideous, always oversimplified. Their colours were off – the one with blue nostrils was a particular low point. Often the colours were only on one side. In short, each day was a new disappointment.
