Shipping was good and on time. Batteries were 80 percent when recieved. Switched them from lead acid. Did not notice any change except reprogram the classic and wizbang for higher amphours. So far no issues or problems.

Using the "discount sale" incentive, I bought the "best" battery, only to have a "new" model appear one week later, one that included communications protocols that links with vendor protocols, such as Victron. I would have purchased these updated protocol batteries, had LiTime informed *anyone* that the newer batteries would include this protocol.

I first rated this as one star, and am updating this to reflect the customer service response.

LiTime customer service' response was without flaw. They refunded the purchase of two batteries in a timely and efficient manner.

Based partly on this customer service response, I will be making a purchase of a quantity of two of the new, communications-enabled batteries.

I love my LiTime 2000w inverter. It was easy to install and it truly changed the way we camp in the best way! My wife has used her hair dryer for the first time while camping thanks to the addition of our Li Time inverter. I wish I had a Li Time battery as well. I currently have a Renogy Lithium battery and am not satisfied with its performance. It enters protection mode prematurely blocking it from being recharged. It also has Bluetooth connection issues where you need to be practicality on top of the battery for it to connect.
I'd love to replace it with a Li Time 320ah smart LifePo4. This will be my next purchase from Li Time. I really appreciate the follow up emails an discount offers that Li Time sends me on a regular basis. I will be using the promos in the future. I would be willing to do a product comparison of the Li Time battery vs my Renogy battery with help of your sponsorship. I had already planned to purchase the battery and do another review
eventually, but your sponsorship would definitely kick start my efforts.

I allready sent a reply rwice that the battey you sent was completely dead when it arrived and will not hold a charge.

Tried two 12V LiTime batteries connected in parallel while on a camping trip without hookups. Batteries performed well, much better than the previous flooded lead acid batteries that I’d been using.

The battery arrived in just a couple of days perfectly packaged and ready to charge. The published specs and actual performance are lining up so far - and we anticipate the battery will continue delivering on an upcoming trip. We had 4 LiTime batteries in our previous rig and they were outstanding, always providing the power we needed to run everything in the trailer. Our expectations are the same for this 24v, 230aH battery as well.

Batteries came quickly and parts were correct.

Decent products. Customer service was proactive but the shipping process was inadequate. Misinformation or lack of package status was an issue.

36V, 100AH - Used for my 120 lb thrust trolling motor on 25’ offshore boat. Ran as spot lock for approx 5 hours in probably 3mph seas. Went from 100% to 90% in that time. Once set up, it was easy to see status on my phone. Was a little difficult to set it all up as some of the QR codes in the instruction booklet did not work. Finally found the right one in the and all went smoothly. I did have to fabricate a battery pan/holder from my old standard size holders; I could not find one anywhere online or on LiTime website. I did not call LiTime yet to see if they had one, just looked online.
