I'm a mom, so when I needed help and found that Lionrock was all online, I was relieved. Not only has it played a very crucial part in my recovery, but the counselors here have provided the hands down best most indepth counseling Ive ever received. The written work you do within the program is unique and insightful and truly aids in the prevention of relapse. In addition, the education they provide regarding the brain in relation to addiction, mindfulness practices, relapse prevention, and family dynamics within addiction is so insightful and very valuable. I can confidently say that Lionrock has been a literal lifesaver! I could not recommend them more. Do not wait. Nothing changes if nothing changes. You can do it!

The time I was in lionrock was amazing.

LionRock was everything it promised to be and more. Over the course of my treatment the help I received from multiple group counselors and my one on one counselor exceeded every expectation. Lionrock was a very convenient way for me to get the help I needed. Having the online platform really helped working on my recovery while working. The counselors I had gave me great support. I also enjoyed everyone in my group. This program helped give me the tools to get my life back on track. It was a very great experience. I would highly recommend this program to those seeking help for recovery.

Terrific process to engage in. Fully covers all elements of recovery and sustaining that recovery. You do one-on-one meetings 1X/week and three group meetings (then two). My group is TOTALLY awesome, and I highly recommend Lionrock Recovery.

Lionrock saved my life…seriously! I found lionrock at my lowest point, I have been sober 4 months 22 days. I couldn’t have done it without lionrock. My therapists are so caring, helpful and always there for me. I have finally found myself again. I almost lost everything, my family, friends, job, house etc. on the outside it looked like I had the perfect life. I hid my alcohol addiction and made every excuse I my head that I was fine…I wasn’t. I am learning through Lionrock that alcoholism is a disease, not a choice. I am learning how to cope with this ad beat it and live with struggles that will probably always be there but I know now that it doesn’t have to rule my life. The educational part of therapy has been an eye opener for me. I would recommend Lionrock to anyone with an addiction. I wouldn’t be healthy and happy without them. 💕

Last year I found myself at a breaking point. I knew that alcohol was destroying my life and the lives of my loved ones. I was in deep pain and desperately needed help. At that point, in person resources were scarce and a trusted medical professional pointed me towards Lionrock. My experience with Lionrock has been life changing. The individual therapy coupled with the groups led me to start my sober life. I have gained so many life skills and meaningful friendships through this program. I truly did not believe that I could be sober and have a life worth living. Living a sober life is so much better than I ever imagined. Joining Lionrock was the best decision I have ever made.

I was spiraling. My drinking was consuming every aspect of my life. Everything I used to love and derive pleasure from didn’t matter anymore. All that mattered was getting home and having that next drink. After a failed attempt in another program, I stumbled across LIONROCK on the internet. I was skeptical. Recovery online? Well, here I am almost 500 days later and 100% sober. LR was very different from the last program I did. Here, I learned that it was more than just treating the addiction. At LR, they encourage and facilitate looking at yourself from the inside out and showing you how to care for your entire self. From my group counselor to my 1 on 1 therapist, they were with me every step of the way. The best part, is they’ve been there. They know the journey with all the bumps and hiccups, and will help you navigate. LIONROCK not only helped me with my addiction, they guided me in my journey to be a better husband, father, and human. WIN THE DAY!!

It’s pretty simple…Lionrock helped me get my life back on track. I’m better and happier than I have been in decades and Lionrock was instrumental in helping me get here.

Having an online IOP was critical because of being overextended at work. Rehab wasn’t an option because I’m self employed, and an hour of travel time for an on-site IOP in addition to hours of sessions just wasn’t feasible either.

I also didn’t want a 12 step program. Their CBT foundation is more useful for me and I feel provides more information and skills than you receive in those programs.

Bottom line — I would emphatically recommend this program to anyone that needs help.

I can’t imagine my life without Lionrock. The staff are extraordinary. I made connections, that I used to hate. I learned so many valuable “tools” that are so much more than about addiction. Real life. Real hope. Real results. I am forever grateful.

Lionrock has literally been a lifesaver for me. I joined after isolation from COVID ramped up my drinking to a dangerous level. I was assigned a very competent, kind counselor, and have been in an all-women support group that is always there for me both in and out of the group sessions. The “phase work” that Lionrock assigns is amazing. I have learned a lot about why I turned to alcohol in the first place, what it does to me physically and mentally, what challenges staying sober will bring me, and, most importantly, what tools will help keep me meet those challenges and stay sober. It is a warm, supportive environment, but one where you do have to learn how to face your demons and be accountable.

The Lionrock experience was professional and convenient. Committed staff with supportive group members showing up and doing the work to get better. I am sober 14 months and would highly recommend Lionrock for your treatment needs.

I have been attending the IOP program at Lionrock and i am finding them very helpful in my recovery and the meetings are very open and informative. Each meeting i leave feeling stronger in my sobriety.

lionrock greeted me with open arms .The group leader let everyone have a chance to open up. the dangers of substances was a focus and social skills and family were discused.the personal cameras let you see the other clients.Again the councilor created a caring atmosphere.privacy was emphasized!!

Lionrock Recovery is the most comprehensive recovery program there is. Having an online recovery program means that a person like myself who travels can almost always attend a meeting.

In addition to the scheduled meetings the councilors are available to help out patients that need immediate help day and night I can't say enough about my experience with Lionrock they are by far the bes.t

IOP counselors were wonderful!!!! I got so much out of those meetings and from the privacy of your home meeting ppl with the same struggles around the country. You never feel alone.
Lion Rock offers so many opportunities to meet in groups for free.
I’ve been with the same individual counselor for almost a year and a half and I don’t know what I would do without her!
