From purchasing a package to installation of the router, Link has been extremely helpful and I have never felt rushed on the phone. The service provided has been exactly as expected. No complaints at all.

I moved into a new house with Fibre Broadband and I had a choice of around 12 different companies, none of which I had heard of including Link Broadband. They sent the modem and it was delivered when expected. I had problems connecting to the modem installed in the house. I received a call from a guy called Alfie from Link and he tried to sort it out. He said he thought there was a problem with the modem and would contact the provider, which he did. He phoned me to say they would call and inspect the modem. They did and fixed it. About 5 mins later Alfie phoned to go through the setup again. Everything worked. The service I received was excellent and would highly recommend Link Broadband . Excellent service .

Ongoing problems, I pay for 160mb/s up and down, I get 8mb/sup and down on one occasion, today it's 106.61down, 31.31mb/sup, I cased customer support they don't give a rat's ass, they blame MS3, MS3 won't deal with me, they blame Link. They'd be the 1st to complain if I don't pay there bill though. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY DON'T CARE LESS. Based in India, not intrested. - User = lb16895

Nice on the phone when router was lost in the post. But router did arrive 6 days late.
Only have had 1 issue where 1 morning I lost internet for an hour. But other than that all good and fast internet.

So the last review I was asked to remove I did so because I was given a static IP which is usually reserved for a business at a premium but I was given this as a good will.
Still does not excuse their constant outages or lack of support, they will not respond on any kind of platform email, telephone or social media if they do it's the "maintenance" excuse.
I have had 3 outages so far as of 2024 each lasting 2 hours plus, last year this happened at least 10 times+
they do not email you to let you know this is happening, very much random.
they do not operate on the weekend so any problems will not be sorted.

The initial activation was excellent the person on the call guided my step by step to check and ensure the router was setup correctly.
So far service has been excellent, occasionally speeds have been below the advertised but mostly above 800mb+, which is excellent. File downloads have been super fast.
Customer service has been great and have been lucky enough to have the queries resolved within few minutes, without being passed from team to team.
So far no regrets moving to this provider. Paying lot less for a 900mb service tha I was for a 38mb service.
The only draw back is there is no option for landline/voip.
