Super easy online process always making sure to check in and let you know if you need any adjustments to your routine. The dentist was super kind caring was very straight with me. Let me know if I needed to do anything differently and really wanted the best outcome for me and the results were amazing. Everything went to plan. Yeah super happy with the overall experience

The process with Linea was very easy and seemless. I loved the flexibility and that I didn’t need to go into the dentist often but also had the support of an in person dentist when needed and that I could ask questions to. The customer service is exceptional and I feel like the pricing is very reasonable. Most importantly I am happy with my finished results. Overall would recommend!

I just finished my aligners with the Linea company. They were cheaper than other companies. They use an app that shows ur progress & upload photos. You can contact Linea through the app chat with any questions you have & they are quick to respond. Overall enjoyed my journey with Linea & i highly recommend to use them if you need teeth straightening.

I found Linea after doing some research on alternatives to the more expensive aligner products from other companies. I decided to go ahead and am so pleased I did. My teeth weren't terrible but after having braces years ago, some had gone out of alignment and bothered me. They now look great.
Customer service was excellent. I couldn't fault it. My dentist was Dr Shilpa Raju at Stones Corner, Brisbane, and she was lovely, listened to what I wanted to achieve and went above and beyond. I had to travel a distance to see her because of where I live, but not everyone would have this issue.
My results are excellent and my teeth look as good as they did after my braces. Would highly recommend Linea to anyone looking at aligners. You won't be disappointed.

The process of assessment, making a plan and following the plan was very straightforward and easy to follow. All costs were explained well.
There was limited choice in dentist which was annoying as I had to drive a long distance for my few appointments and still prefer my own dentist but was glad to have less appointments than there would usually be for aligners.
The customer service from Linea was great, very prompt and helpful and the customer service from the dentist office was great also, they were well informed of the process and assisted with booking the timing of the appointments required.
It did take a long time for the next set of aligners to be delivered, I would have preferred to have know that so I could have asked for them before I actually needed them.
The results were good, I had very minimal changes to make but found the process effective, not quite as precise as traditional braces but good nevertheless.

Finally a company that listens to what you want! The process was really easy and mostly online which saved heaps of visits and time to the dentist! It was very thorough and they made sure I was truly happy with the results. I went with Maggie from Joondanna Family Dental, she is kind, professional and I was updated and informed at every visit. My experience with Linea was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were fantastic to deal with, and the entire process felt seamless and easy. The level of care from the dentist was truly second to none, every check-up was incredibly thorough, and she always made sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout my treatment.

I ended up extending my treatment by a few months, but I never once felt rushed to finish. It was clear she genuinely took pride in achieving the best possible results for her patients. I would 100% recommend Linea, I honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say about my experience.
