Long wait
I ordered over over a week ago it stated free express delivery 1-2 days i still havent recieved my order & as it stands today order status says its still waiting to pick

Chocolate great - delivery needs improvement
The chocolate is great, as you'd expect from Lindt & it was well packaged.
My only gripe is that I wasnt notified when the delivery would arrive. As luck would have it I was at home awaiting another delivery, otherwise chocolate left outside on a very hot day @ 34° it wouldn't have turned out well

Some of the chocolate is good
Overall I would say that Lindt Chocolate is very good but sometime their desert creamy flavours are rather sickly. The big gold chocolate bar is very good

Easy ordering
Ordering was quick and easy, however,once the order was processed and packed,communication was poor, something I lay at the door of the chosen courier. Delivery was supposed to be within 1-2 days — didn’t happen, updates re delivery, and delivery window, were supposed to be sent from courier — didn’t happen. I contacted Lindt after what I believed to be an appropriate time, with my parcel query. This was acknowledged and a timescale of response given.The parcel turned up the same afternoon, luckily I was in,because heaven knows where it would have been left to melt. I informed Lindt of its arrival, therefore closing my query ticket and received an acknowledgement and apology for the issues on the next working day
I’ve given 5 stars because I am rating the supplier and their actions,not the courier firm
