I was as always very pleased - I like that the seller listens to what I’d like and always fulfils my requests.
I like too how my cards are carefully wrapped in lilac tissue paper sealed with a sticker.

We post all of our orders with Royal Mail in boardback 'please do not bend' envelopes and it's very rare for them to arrive damaged, but on the occasion that it does happen I completely share any frustration and disappointment caused; I'm so sorry that it's happened to your order this time round.
