I ordered 2 birthday cards for my grandchildren as I have ordered from Lilac Kitten previously. The cards are beautiful and good quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again and can highly recommend.

I purchased the black cat
I purchased the black cat, new home card & went with the option to add writing to the front & inside of the card & have it posted directly to the recipients who loved the card & sent me photos of it. I’ve given four stars as I was disappointed to see there were elements I’d requested that were not included on the card. Apart from that it was great.
Thank you Lilac Kitten Designs for your reply here. I’ve not had any emails regarding this though. The main disappointment was that I’d requested the front to have Happy New Home at Daisy Cottage & it just had the Happy New Home on the front at the top. It did have the recipients names on the bottom. Overall the card was great & the recipients absolutely loved it. I would buy from you again.

I'm so pleased to hear that the recipients loved the card, but so sorry to hear there were elements missing - I've sent a few emails to discuss this with you, we're a small business (just myself and my partner) and we do all that we can to make sure all of our customers are happy with their orders. I've had a check of your order and the only thing I can see which might be missing is an emoji for the inside message - unfortunately we're unable to include most emojis as they don't appear properly in the program I use to template all of our card orders, but I can add some shapes in manually such as the paw prints which were included the inside message on your order. The other emoji wasn't something I'd be able to add - I'm so sorry if any disappointment was caused by this. If you send me an email I'd be happy to discuss any issues and come to a solution :) thank you so much for your support of our small business, it's really appreciated! Best Wishes, Kate

I'd be happy to offer a free replacement card from our shop (can be for any occasion) sent via First Class post to try and make up for any disappointment caused.
