It is refreshing to have a company that has a direct call number on their website and an English service centre. I called the service centre and got through to Jack he quickly understood my issues (which was a third party led low level strip light switched by a Lightwave dp switch) and instructed me in to how I can fix the problem. Jack was very knowledgeable and polite, I can’t rate Lightwave high enough brilliant products brilliant service. Well done to all in the Lightwave company.

I rang up lightwave today to sort out one of my switches i accidentally deleted. I spoke to a lady called EVE what was amazing and really helpful. And reset it all back up for me . What im truly grateful for

I had a 3 gang light switch that stopped working, it was about 16 months old. I spoke to Dylan in support and he gave me some advice about the switch and arranged for me to return the switch. A week later he has just informed me the replacement is on the way to me. Many thanks to Dylan for sorting the issue.

I needed to return a faulty dimmer switch and was really impressed with the customer service I received, especially from Eve. The responses were quick and very helpful and as soon as they received the faulty switch they sent me a new one. Eve even offered to talk me through the process of fitting it! Great company and great products.
