I purchased a case and it was delivered by 11am next day up to Scotland

Customer service from a bygone era!
Minor hiccup with the original order but 100% customer service soon put that right!, the recommended XO Cognac is a lovely tipple!, the bonus gifts were gratefully accepted and much appreciated!, this company will certainly be getting my custom in the future.

I wanted to get some wine delivered for Christmas and remembered visiting this lovely wine shop some months ago when I was in South Yorkshire.
Phoned them Wednesday and wine was delivered Yesterday- great service and well worth a visit to the shop if you are ever near Wentworth.
