Felt like I was being scammed. One out of five lights did not work and was expected to return the other four at my expense, bearing in mind, I already had them fitted.
Would not use this company again.
I have since sorted my problem with Lightexpert, which was easy and efficient. They have since sent me a replacement very quickly.

Delivered very quickly and extremely happy with these lights. Strong, easy to fit and look great. Would use again

Four stars only due to only having it a week.

Product quality looked good when it eventually arrived but due to an issue with postage it took weeks for the item to arrive.

After resolving this and eventually receiving the lights, I no longer required them so returned them for a refund.

2 months later and having sent them back through royal mail recorded delivery, I still don't have a refund and have had to contact customer support AGAIN.

Will not use these guys again. Nothing but hassle and time wasted.

A shame, because the products looked good and I would have used them for a very big industrial lighting project that I'm currently managing, had my experience been positive.

Fast service. Well packaged and the lights were perfect for what was needed. Will definately buy from them again

The reason I have given 5 stars is because I purchased 2 of the same lights last year and was very pleased with them and decided to buy another one this year to go above the number plate by the front door.

I order 3 boxes ld lights for shop but I receive just 2 boxes and one box is still there

Delivered quickly - good value but both spotlight bars had minor damage on corner. Could do with better packing.

Happy with festoon lights. Although, ordered the 42m length with remote. Actual size of bulbs is smaller than what is depicted in the photos, although spec did state size of bulbs. Remote only works if very close to the control box, so can’t really use it if you’re a few meters away. Happy that bulbs can be unscrewed individually and replaced if one stops working. Overall satisfied.

Great product and price delivered on time

Bought the Festoon solar lights for my garden. The lights were easy to install and look beautiful at night. The delivery was quick and efficient.

Easy to use website and great choices of lighting. The order came through within a couple of days, well packaged and kept informed of the order throughout. The light was straightforward to put up, I was replacing for an old one as this had the PIR. Once installed everything worked just fine. Thank you.
