I wish I had read these reviews before…

I wish I had read these reviews before I brought shoes from this company.
When I placed the order 3 weeks before my sons birthday I was told it would be here in 5 business days. They arrived 3 weeks after his birthday which was an issue in itself however one of the led lights was broken in one which was the reason he wanted them. I have emailed several times asking for a new light that I can put in the shoe and every single email has been ignored over the course of sending the emails for 3 weeks.

I wouldn’t buy anything from this…

I wouldn’t buy anything from this company. As it’s been over a month still no show on product. They pretty much don’t give a ...... told me to contact the local post office. I have bought items from China and I know the customer care can be bad but. OMG this one is the WORST. Will never use again and will tell people not to use.

An absolute con

An absolute con, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, lowest possible standard of product possible and somehow, according to them 32 inches is different in china as it is in the rest of the world. The returns policy is a sham with little real chance of getting a replacement for your crappy product. Lesson Learnt here, never ever buy from these guys o under any circumstance you WILL BE CONNED.

A sham company with the worst ever…

A sham company with the worst ever customer sales support. They are high handed and dismissive of your situation and I believe breaking Consumer Law with their returns policy. Do not order anything from this disgraceful company.

I bought items they put wrong address on it and now I keep chasing for refund they keep saying wait as item should return to sender after 1 month still not been received by them!!!!!!!!!, don't buy any thing from them as they are nightmare,

Inferior products and poor customer service

Ordered a replacement strap for my tom tom golf watch which arrived within a few weeks. It was very poor quality and a very small fit. Asked to return at my expense for refund but received a standard email advising no refund allowed. WILL DEFINITELY NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN and would advise you not to unless you want to buy inferior products from a company with poor customer service.

Avoid Like The Plague

Placed order unaware products would be subject to customs charge in UK. Order arrived 8 weeks after placed and withheld by royal mail until I paid £16.99 for them to deliver. I queried this and light in the box said it wasnt their responsibility. The goods were cheap, small, and one cycling top was snagged.
NEVER AGAIN.

PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING!
This company is the most useless frustrating business I have ever dealt with.
After repeatedly being told my order is on its way, 8 weeks later it has still Not arrived. To add to this I have asked for my money back on many occasions...which they have refused!!
I am now in the position where I am emailing them to find out what is going on and just receiving a standard copy and paste response, which makes no actual sense to my complaint. I am surely £40 down now, I don’t expect I will ever see the goods I ordered which were actually a gift from my son for Father’s Day.
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY, I reckon there is a good chance you will be charged and won’t receive anything.

I don't even know why I'm giving this scam of a company a star, I'm very angry and I can't pretend to be okay...I have to cancel my wedding because of this fake company and they refusing to refund me. I can't let this rest, I'm going to take this further not with my hard earned money

This is just to second a review I did in mid December only one of the two packages arrived even though the order was placed 13/Nov/2019.
This company uses responses written in the same factory as Christmas Cracker jokes also have the same policy in writing reviews that are positive at least have the intelligence not to use the same seven key words in all positive reviews. This website is fine if you want to order something that costs less than €10.00 or so as long as you don't mind the odds off receiving the order are about 3 to 1. There is one good thing from this experience it has showed me will still need western retail as company's such as this view retail as a three card trick. This is reflected in the opening share price being $5.32 now standing at $1.06 this says it all just stay away from this company and let them take someone other than your money.

Cheap chinese poor quality clothes.
Coat came with rips inside and marks all over.

Ordered some light for a my sons bedroom over three weeks ago. Have sent numerous amount of unanswered emails.
The only good thing about all of this (good is an overstatement) is that the lights I ordered where half price!

Avoid at all costs!

Lowest score possible to this company..I ordered a top..it arrived in the smallest of envelopes possible screwed up....I've complained numerous times and had no reply...until today...I received a message stating that the matter was now resolved and that they will give me 10% off my next order ???? Is this how they say the matter is resolved..my top looked nothing like the ad...it's cheap unfinished with threads hanging off it and they think I'll buy again from them...read the reviews on this company before buying...I should have and didn't ..it states this company has 75% bad reviews...I've paid for something that's uwearable..don't make the same mistake as I did.
.just looked on Facebook and found lots of negative comments about this company..it appears I'm not the only one..please anyone out their had this kind of experience now is the time to put it on line..before many others get let down
Update...unbelievable this company is still running numerous ads...how can they be allowed to operate such a business

I have complained about my package…

I have complained about my package since mid-September, then I forwarded it to PayPal, which forwarded it to Lightln The Box, and my answer after so many mails and we every time must start over, they run the customers completely into nowhere , I have them suspected it is a robot that is customer service because my mails are never read, otherwise they cannot read. My package costs 1194 KR and they will have I have to pay the freight again because it was called back due to missing consignment note so they could not contact me when the package arrived and since they cannot read it was that I had left my package , and it is not called in Danish.

You are experts in running in the ring, complaining about your incredible bad service that is new running on the site mid-September, for a purchase of 1194 Kr. And you have repeatedly asked me to pay the freight of approx. 100kr, and of course I will not Because there is a lack of full paper on my goods from the sender.
This is the limit to psychological terror, to escape from me, you start over again and again, but don't worry I have all the correspondence, and I remember but above all I can read, and I do not think you can since you repeat that you will have something in pure Has actually received several times.
However, I can look at Trustpilot that it is the same concept in user facing all the many customers who complain and put money to trade with you.
The last mail I got announced in that, you HAD PUT the MONEY INTO MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT, but it turned out to be a lie, think that you will go so far and lie to customers for 100 kr.

I am sending a whole there of correspondence I can only hope that this time you can find an employee who can read.
And remember that it is the dealer who has been revoked my package and that I have nothing to do with it

So now the very big question, because I saw my money back voluntarily, or should we take the trip with PayPal where they will get all your correspondence, and see how you treat your customers, for one thing is completely safe my money should I have back.

They really run around with their customers so they get tired of complaining and getting their money back.
It is at the same time quite unbelievable they can be on the New York Stock Exchange with the business method where the evidence lies and cheats the customers.
