Do not trust this company, products do not match the websites images, cheap and disgusting quality spent £70 on two items and put them straight in the bin. Total rip off and misleading.

Never received product No way to contact anyone to Resolve. Each email is a request for me to confirm deliver in which I never received it

I bought a phone body cover on June still waiting in September. It's been 4months now when I asked them they always tell me it's in transit..I can't use that cover anymore because my phone screen has been cracked..horrible website

Bought a hatinaror which looked nothing like it did in the picture and was very poor quality. The items was delivered promptly but it was half the size and no way to actual attach to head!

On trying to find returns policy turns out you have to send back to china which would probably cost more than the hat itself and take god knows how long to get refund. Save yourself time and money and look else where.

I ordered a dress for $149 and received it timely. There were no alterations. It did not fit properly because there was a lot of fabric gathered at the ribcage. Also, the v-neck hit higher than it looked in the photo. It was basically a beautiful design that was poorly tailored. I asked to return it and they refused.

I have purchased a number of items through the app and to be honest the quality is hit and miss, some good some poor. Luckily I have not sent anything back to CHINA so can’t review that process but I imagine it would be a nightmare. The main reason for the one star is their review system on their app, it’s obviously manipulated as showing mostly all full star reviews and I couldn’t even find my negative review I did on one of their products. People even put 5 stars to bypass the system so they can get their negative reviews some exposure. I’d be very cautious buying anything and ignore the reviews on the app because in the end it will be down to your own experience and although my experience hasn’t been bad, I’m still very nervous whenever I am tempted to buy from them.

Awful awful awful!! Cheap and nasty and impossible to return! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Items look nothing like the photos!

By chance I fortunately ordered the right size for me, so didn't have to go to the trouble others have of trying to return something. But was not pleased AT ALL to see these are made in China. I don't want to buy anything from China, nor have a company fooling me into thinking they are British or American. That is dishonest. Also the shirt was very expensive for what it is, knowing how poorly Chinese workers are paid.

Well all the reviews about this company are true. I just kick myself for buying their stuff. It looks so good on their web pages. Why, how can they operate here, more should be done about these types. I was offered15% refund instead of returning my items to China!!! You can’t return items to the return address on packet, which in my case is Birmingham, why not.

Please do not be fooled by this website it’s all based in China and items are nothing like the items shown. You will never get a refund ! Buyer beware.

The previous reviews of poor quality are correct. Just received the 3D cat tee shirt for ladies. The tee is of poor quality and not the two tone colour shown. It's just an iron on patch with nothing around it. Paid over £18 + p&p. Probably worth less than £5. Please be warned.

Terrible company! Ordered a man's multi pocket Gillet for my Husband for Christmas. It arrived too late for Christmas and was way too small. I ordered a XXXL to allow for room over a jumper. My husband is usually a XXL, I would say it was size large at best. Do not waste your money with this company 😡

I ordered a set of christmas tree lights took 3 weeks to arrive . when i opened the box lights completely trashed. this company is pants.

I ordered a jumpsuit on the 14th of September for a baby shower to be held at the end of that month. It was R300 but I was charged R545 upon checkout. My order was meant to be delivered at my door in 7 - 11 days. 56 days later my order had still not arrived, the baby shower had passed so I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Instead of them processing the refund, days later I get an email telling me to go collect my order at a post office in Midrand and I have to pay R276 to retrieve it. In essence I will have to be out of pocket by R821 for a jumpsuit sold at R300.
