I never thought it would be so easy. I tried buying the same item from Home Depot and it took hours and finally said to Jacuzzis available
So I pressed your website for service.
You should put out in front about financing, lock pricing and financing scares the customer away. You had it, others don’t, but it took looking for it. Easy easy transaction. Make sure you bring tub all the way in the driveway otherwise it’s a pain.

Two Professional Customer Service Representatives
I was very pleased with the two individuals I interacted with both via chat and phone: Charity and "Chandler."
We have a unique off-the-grid residence in Pilot Valley, NV. Our driver's license has an APN number address, and we use a P.O. Box in West Wendover, NV to receive mail. Charity spent time following up with your organization's freight carrier to see if we could meet them at our drive or the USPS. Unfortunately, we will have to accept delivery at the freight carrier's SLC hub, but Charity followed up with a voice mail informing us of this fact prior to ordering.
Your website account would not accept our credit card - it kept providing an error message and deleting payment fields. I called and spoke with Chandler, and we finally had her directly order. The order was successful.
Both ladies were extremely patient and very professional given our odd situation. This does not necessary seem to be the norm in companies nowadays.

Your banner for Black Friday stairs…
Your banner for Black Friday stairs made me not able to use check out on a few different screens.
I am using a Samsung FES20 and had to loop the website to a check out page after 5 times to input information. Took 30 min. Oh well. Just this feedback as I have a few larger Shopify stores online. All the best. Thank you for making reliable products.
I did notice this order doesn't come with a cover included. When did this change? I got this model before and came with a cover.

I’m not happy with the cover
I’m not happy with the cover. It is not constructed well and cheap material…. I really want the vinyl cover for durability and ease of maintenance and cleaning. Is there any way I can exchange it for a vinyl cover please?

I do apologize that the OEM cover for all new spas and replacement spa covers has been upgraded from the vinyl. I hope your experience is better over time, as this is a better cover than the vinyl cover.
It is lighter, more durable, and longer lasting. The poly weather pro material is an upgrade many manufacturers are switching to with their covers, because of the increase quality of the material.
I know it does not feel as heavy as the vinyl, but that is intended to be a good thing!
The vinyl is only available through aftermarket channels now.

I wanted to purchase one of these without having to go through a middleman company and they were very easy to work with. I emailed back-and-forth with them a bunch before I felt comfortable. Save yourself a couple hundred dollars and go straight through this website instead of through Home Depot or Wayfair.
