Absolutely horrible experience

Absolutely horrible experience. Trying to cancel a service is next to impossible. 9 phone calls, email, and numerous hoops to jump through. Have been trying for months and they are still taking (stealing now) money from account.

Ingrid was very fantastic

Ingrid was very helpful in getting us set up to keep us safe. It was easy to set up and test to assure everything was working properly. I feel much better knowing that when I’m out of the house my husband can get the assistance he needs quickly and if I’m outside running errands or at my doctor appointments should I need help it will be there for me as well.

Great experience, informed people, and peace of mind

The people I dealt with were informed, prepared, and professional. All my questions were answered, and my concerns were addressed.
I was surprised at all the services and support that is offered by Life Alert.
I appreciate the positive experience I had while enrolling my live alone Mom!
Provides peace of mind for the family and allows Mom to continue her wish to be independent.
