I wanted to make a withdrawal
I wanted to make a withdrawal, requesting the money be deposited on a prepaid card. I did not notice a detail which is that the card does not generate an account statement. Control of this card is done through an App on the phone, however it does not have the option to generate an account statement in the format that requires Libertex support. Libertex blocked my account. I am unable to send the information you request. I have already explained to the support person that I do not have the information as they are requesting it. This has been going on for several months and I don't know why it just cancels the withdrawal request. It seems to me that the blockade that has been applied to me is an excessive measure and as I see this matter it seems to me that I will never recover that money. I can't even recover a bot that I purchased to operate with the MT4 account since it is programmed with that account number. Only losses. This has been exhausting and the treatment I received feels like I had committed a crime. I simply wanted to use a card that was not convenient. This is a mistake, not a crime. Every company must take care of its customers because without customers there is no business and I think Libertex is failing in this. Not everything is about money, you have to take care of the image and the good name and for my part this action taken by Libertex does not give it a good name, especially if the final resolution is that they take my money.

Just had to add my TIN (Tax Identification Number) to my account, but couldn't even access the form inside the Libertex app. Asked customer support for assistance, got an fast response from them, and problem resolved after 3 days! Really appreciate it!

Problem-solving approach left the group
Too many support managers for what? I've been transferred among departments and nobody is able to say the truth to me! Libertex does not have a server in LatAm and that's the reason why the app and the platform goes off in days of big announcements. Operations are marked as lost when they are not and many other times they do not enter at all because of these problems. It is not the managers fault, but it's the company's fault. Until this remains unsolved, you can't help your clients at all.

But I never grow portfolio in my Libertex account because its take too much commission.
Now I start with another broker its name VANTAGE without any commission.
