Review of documents takes much too long.
I signed up Thursday last week (4 days ago) but still cannot trade.
Other platforms use automated system to be validated within a couple of hours.

Withdrawal!
I deposited funds into my account using Bitcoin under the impression that withdrawals would also be available in crypto. However, when attempting to withdraw, I discovered that the Bitcoin option is not available on the withdrawal page—it only appears for deposits. I attempted to use a bank withdrawal instead, but that was rejected, and I was instructed to use crypto, which still does not appear as an option.
I have contacted support multiple times, but they continue to insist that the Bitcoin withdrawal option should be visible on the platform, which it is not. This has left me unable to access my funds. I have used this broker in the past without such issues, but the current situation raises serious concerns about transparency and credibility.
I urgently request that this matter be resolved immediately and that my funds be made available for withdrawal without further delay.

It is truly a SCAM
Don't really believe any good comments. It is a SCAM! I looked up the reviews too late.
Sending them money is quick and easy, but you will never get it back. They want endless amount of documents from you, sometimes they cannot send you money, cause of the technical issue.
Just be prepared to never see the money you sent them.
Worst experience ever, I can't believe they weren't banned.
