Bought a bra

Bought a bra, didn't fit and don't want another... so I am only getting a reduced rate ON the return if I don't want store credit -AND- I have to pay for shipping? That's absurd. I wanted to love this brand for being cotton/natural fibers but this return policy is insane. Who wants to buy clothing you don't know if it's going to fit and have the company hold your money hostage when it doesn't work? Do not recommend. I normally don't write reviews but this is unacceptable.

Cotton bra bust

I was excited to try out this brand since it’s cotton. Not super happy with the sports bra support. Only the black one felt supported. The built in bra/ tank top you can see my nipples through it and again not enough support

I do really like the Ada bike shorts…

I do really like the Ada bike shorts and the Lea tank. But 3 stars because the Tegan joggers are so thin that I don’t even feel comfortable wearing them outside of the house, and they’re not soft at all; it’s like a weird scratchy texture. I also got the self love rib joggers which are okay, they’re at least soft and not so super thin like the tegans, but still on the thin side and unforgiving with any underwear lines. I would probably order more bike shorts and tanks for lounging around the house, the prices are pretty good, but that’s about it.

Items Not as Described- Customer Service Lacking

I ordered several items from this company because I was excited about the idea of switching to non-toxic clothing, but the products I received were not as described and customer service was extremely disappointing.

The camisoles arrived defective. One strap was more than six inches longer than the other and significantly thinner, leaving the top misshapen and unwearable right out of the package. When I contacted customer service for a replacement, they claimed the damage must have been caused by wear, even though the item arrived that way.

I also purchased a three-piece lounge set (shorts, crop top, and cover). The “crop” top is only about 3.5 inches long and doesn’t even cover part of the chest. It provides less coverage than a bra and looks nothing like the product photos.

Customer service refused to address either issue. Based on the inaccurate product descriptions and the lack of support when problems arise, I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

SCAM

SCAM

Typically a small/ XS in activewear but ordered XL for something super baggy and the XL wouldn't even fit!! It's child sized, and at least one item was obviously polyester. Nothing is even semi-decent quality. Website makes all kinds of claims but doesn't show the supply chain or back any of it up.

Just don't do it.

I wanted to love this brand because…

I wanted to love this brand because they're organic, but the quality is lacking. Material seems durable, but is stiff and smells like chemicals (not a good sign for items labeled "organic"). The shape/cut of some of the tops was odd, and sizing seems to run a bit small in some pieces. The appearance of clipped threads along with the strong smell and lack of transparency on the website suggest that these items are likely being made in a sweatshop, which is not something I'm interested in supporting. In addition to all of this, the info for returns was very difficult to locate (there is no tab or link on the site that directs to returns), and once I found the returns page through my receipt, was informed that there are no refunds– buyer pays to return items and is offered store credit if the returned items are accepted. I will not be buying here again. Highly recommend Quince and Pact Organic as alternative organic clothing brands with better quality materials, transparency, and in some cases, a gentler price point.

Clothes were total crap

Clothes were total crap. literally looked like Walmart quality in terms of fabric and were not comfortable. When I returned everything they said it was going to be refunded to my card but only gave my store credit.
