Levi’s should be disappointed in themselves with such poor customer service and products. Impossible to get hold of anyone and really unhelpful. Bought black 310 super skinny jeans-read the reviews that every bit of fluff and hair sticks to them like glue. This is true, and the fit is not the same as it used to be! The quality and fit has changed and is not as good. Not worth the expensive prices. Disappointed.
Really disappointed in Levi's…
Really disappointed in Levi's CustomernService. I have a Levi's x ADSB collaboration piece and the button has fallen off. I have tried to source a replacement button via their online customer services chat and was told Levi's cannot help as ' they don't sell buttons' . I mean I was expecting them to be able to send me a replacement button for free seen as I'd spent over £150 on this item only a few months ago. I also took it to the Levi's tailoring repair shop in Regent Street London and was told to go to a haberdashery shop and buy a similar button. Seriously it's very poor to expect customers who have paid for their item to do all the running about with bare minimum effort from Levis staff. Won't be buying from them again.
Shockingly Bad Service
I returned a shirt to Levis and the parcel was delivered almost five weeks ago, however I have not received a refund and each enquiry asks for my patience. Their customer service is appalling, and I most certainly won't be buying from them again.
Worst customer service
I had to return the jeans by post, booked the order, jeans delivered with proof bia aus post...but still 15 days after delivery no refund. I keep emailing with customer support yet they refer to it as a case the finance team are investigating. That is my money that is owed back to me and they will not assist properly. If I don't receive any refund this week I'll dispute via my bank to get the money back that way. If you ever shop at levis go in store because online and customer support are not supportive with any returns.

Website shows product in stock only to be told it’s not!
Found a pair of jeans in my size on the website, added them to my basket and got partway through the checkout process before being thrown out with the message they’re no longer in stock.
Revisited the website later the same day, saw my size was again available so added them to my basket etc… same issue!
Contact customer support and was told they couldn’t replicate the problem and it must be my browser, so clear my cookies etc. I had already tried this and found the website to do the same.
I was informed that the website can take some time to “catch up” with the inventory. Really - a company the size of Levi can’t get their website to show stock correctly?
Just checked the product again before writing this review, on a different device and on a different WiFi network, and it’s done the same. So clearly something is not working properly with the website.

Awefull online service
Ordered 3 pairs of jeans and a T-shirt said delivery was attempted twice, but no one came here so eventually got through to someone after multiple attempts and they only gave DPD my name and postcode they didn't give my street or house number, asked multiple times for a refund and yet I'm still waiting it's now been 3 weeks since I placed the order.
Disappointed with Levis
Decided to visit the Levi’s store at Bicester village outlet.
The jeans I purchased were more expensive there than the Covent Garden in central London and to return them can only be at an outlet store.
Could someone explain why these outlet rip off stores exist. AVOID THESE PLACES.

Horrible exchange policy
Some of the worst customer service I have ever come across. Ordered a couple things on the boxing day sale. They sent me a damaged shirt and the only option they gave me (in store, online and over the phone) was to return and get my money back and then repurchase the shirt for full price. I would understand if I just didn't like the item or if I ordered the wrong size but THEY sent me a damaged item, I just wanted a simple exchange. Bit of a scam in my opinion. They certainly made no effort to stand behind their product. Lost my business.

Blamed me for their website accepting an incorrect address.
Apprently the courier needed the full address line to deliver. Why does their website accept anything but a full address line then?
When this happened there's no option to amend of redeliver your order, that's it.
Much easier to blame the customer than make improvements to your user interface design though, which is probably why their overall score is so poor.
Would give 0 stars if I could
Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a pair of black jeans, when they arrived they were way too small (despite being ordered in my usual size). Printed off the return label and brought the package back to the post office where I was informed that it was a UPS label and I needed a Canada Post label. Contacted the company and they said they don’t offer Canada Post labels so I have to pay for it and send it back on my own. Odd considering I ordered from a Canadian website, and Levi’s is a huge brand. Also planned on exchanging because I liked the style of jean. Was informed that exchanges are not offered to Canadians. Hoping I actually get the money back for the return. We will see. 0/10. Will not order again. Shame as I was always a big Levi’s fan.
Got a gift card
Got a gift card, won’t redeem online. No where on card does it state no online use.
Kept me on phone for 15 to tell me I can’t use my gift card, then item sells out.
No items in store either. That was an experience in itself. Asked staff to hold the item, staff got it wrong even though I gave her the stock number. Wow.

Beware
Poor quality control
Poor quality control. Buy 4 pairs of same pants, receive 4 different sizes. Buy 541 athletic taper, get nearly boot cut size leg openings. Buy pants with length verified on other pants including other Levi's, get high-waters. It's like their production in India just sews a label on whatever they have laying around that says the size you ordered. Oh btw, no refunds on sale items.
Rubbish quality
Bought myself 4 pairs of jeans, worn them a handful of times for going out in.
The 1st pair split in the front of the the thigh.
The 2nd pair split on the seam of the back pocket.
Don't hold out much hope for the others.
