Does not live up to promises
I had a subscription for a number of months. In December it was promised that everyone would receive a very special Hanukkah box. Everyone except me that is. They send a 2024 box different theme. Said they had run out when I questioned the box. Prior to this I had received a number of emails offering an additional box for purchase. Nothing was offered to make up for it. Everyone got nice things in prior boxes but I was told it takes a few months before you get the same as everyone else. Very disappointed in Lev Haolam. Cancelled subscription. Will support Israel in another way.

Initial purchase took at least 6 weeks…
Initial purchase took at least 6 weeks to finally arrive. Wasn't able to track the shipment. I didn't accept any subscription agreement. I keep all my cards locked and somehow they made two more withdrawals from my account. This can only happen if they program their computer to make continuous attempts to charge your card. Unlocked my card for one minute to make a utility payment and they got right in there. My bank was able to stop the withdrawals and return my money. I would definitely not recommend doing business with them. My card has been cancelled and a new one issued so they no longer have a valid number to make unauthorized withdrawals.

We have received packages for many years. It has become a special day each month for us. My husband gets the even months and I the odd months. We open the package after work and look at item together. We have never been disappointed and enjoy this special time together.

SCAM SITE! I have been charged three times and have received nothing. They sent me two tracking numbers after a month that now, after two months show they are invalid tracking numbers. they just created a label with tracking but never sent it.

Another fabulous box!
I have been a long time supporter of Lev Hoalom. The creativity each each box is fabulous. "Welcome to the Wall" is cleverly packaged in a likeness of the Wall.I intent to keep the boxes for an art display.
The contents are of high quality. Many of the food spice items are used in my kitchen daily! When I open my spice cabinent, the smell o Israel fills my kitchen! I can not use the cosmetics, so I donate them to my local mikvah, thus spreading the good work of Lev Hoalam into my Jewish community!
I am committed to support Lev Haolam for many years to come
