I do enjoy most of the items, that I recieve except for some of the foods, like I've recieved rancid nuts, and opened packages, that dried out, so the quality isn't always there. The prices when I look online in the store for the cosmetics, and even actually other products are outrageous in my humble opinion, I could never afford even though I am so grateful to recieve, I enjoyed the little amounts of healing salves, as they completely took away my neuropathy in my feet and legs, but at $52.⁰⁰ for approx. an ounce, there is not a chance for me to purchase this in RL. The price went up recently, I thought the $99 a box was reasonable, I suppose a little more isn't too bad, but im on a fixed income, and every nickle and dime means alot to my care and life being disabled. I recieved a call from Pennsylvania saying they were Lev Haolam, said that they did that so we could easily call them back through the email I sent to the website, but boxes take a month to get to me, hopefully I'm not lining peeps pockets in Pennsylvania or somewhere other than small businesses in Israel.
Would have loved to be asked about the increase in the subscription fee, I just may have to opt out now, as I've had several issues with product quality, wine being sent when I've requested no alcohol, and just not being able to afford "any" of the products I have received in their online store, I am shocked at how expensive they are, truly!
Some products do not work as well as expected and have recieved lotions and formulas that completely separate and are strange concoctions.
Ether way I do love the "idea' that I'm helping Israel, God's land.
I also wish they had quality garments to purchase, I would love some linen clothing from Israel, and bookmarks wirh the flowers from Israel pressed in. Like I have recieved from visitors to Jerusalem.
I am trying to be fair, as I dont usually complain but, some things just need to be said.

I have received a number of products from Lev Haolam now & have loved every one of them, the few things I can not use myself are accepted gratefully from family or friends. I am happy to support my friends in Israel.

I absolutely love getting my box every month supporting the businesses and the isrealites reading all about them their challenges and lifestyle is exciting and a blessing all the products are well made and a joy to receive. The honey is fantastic cosmetic products,jewelry, pottery and art are all a blessing to me well with the money

Lev Haolam manages to send beautifully packaged products of all kinds made lovingly by Israeli artisans, month after month, even post-October 7th and during such difficult times. Themes of the packages are timely and meaningful. I look forward to opening them every month and enjoy reading about the artists behind the products.

I love my “surprise” boxes! The themes warm my heart. The products are sensational! I enjoy supporting and getting to know local merchants in Israel through the informational booklet in each box! I always look forward to my next “surprise” box.

I adore my Lev Haolam surprise boxes! They are an incredible value. You get 7-9 artisan-crafted products each month including face creams, lotions, soaps, dates, honey, olive oil, chocolates, cookies, nuts, ceramics, jewelry, and home decor. Each piece is quality crafted and there is a brochure describing the products and the creators. Especially at this time, it feels particularly important to stand with the people of Israel and help support their families and economy.

The items in each box are very well made and give a taste of Israel every month. The box arrives quickly and contains a good variety of food, drinks and handmade crafts.

I love that products are made with natural ingredients by people who are supporting themselves and others in their community.
I already use the Yama natural Dead Sea Toothpaste. I highly recommend it.

I love getting my box in the mail and opening it! They are so artfully packaged and it's a delight to see what's in the box. It's like opening a birthday present!

The shipments does not does disappoint at all.At times, it comes early , if it is delayed, it is very understandable because of the war. I love everything about it!!! 5 stars!

I have been receiving my box from Lev Haolam for almost 2 years now and even send one to my daughter in college. When she moved to an off-campus apartment, I contacted Lev Haolam to have her box forwarded to the new address. I was prepared for a real mess, but the transition went very smoothly. Whenever I contacted them with a question, they are more than happy to help and when I have questions about cultural items, they even explain those to me on the phone. I’d like to see any customer service beat that! Yes, it is a $105 reoccurring charge but what you receive in the mail is priceless! It is a little bit of Israel from all over their area, highlighting several different items. Mostly homemade goodies that we sample as we go through the box or cosmetics or handmade artwork. Many of these I have used as gifts for people on their special day or just as a pick me up and everyone that has received something from my Lev Haolam box has been almost in tears at the thoughtfulness. You can really feel the love in the way they pack the box and in the items that are enclosed. If you want to learn more about a culture halfway around the world, I highly recommend signing up for the Lev Haolam box. And the best thing is, you aren’t the only one to benefit from it, some of these businesses have been saved because of the large order that Lev Haolam gives them to fill the boxes. My experience with Lev Haolam has been enjoyable.
It was mid-November of 2025 that I joined, and the reason was not only to support Israeli Families, but to bring a little bit of their culture into my family.
Each month I give their gift box to a member of my family, or share the items with others. And I always make sure to tell them where the items came from... the land of Israel!

My monthly membership seemed to be a little confusing to them; the first payment was discounted. My second subscription payment was full price, and then my third payment was discounted. But it was all adjusted out rather quickly without me having to contact them and ask what is going on.
I like supporting Israel with my prayers and a helping hand whenever I can. I love the people, Jerusalem and their nation.
