Sent them USDT on the wrong network. They asked me to send screenshots of my wallet. I didn't know how to take them on my Samsung. Exchange was completed and they taught me how to take screenshots easily. The support team was very patient and explained everything.

Good service for Ton coin holders
Highly recommended. I sent Ton without indicating Memo. At first I didn't know I did something wrong but after contacting the support, a very helpful support manager explained to me the importance of inserting the correct Memo if needed. Finally, after the research my deposit was found and the exchange was completed. Hope I won't make such a mistake again.
