Even though i made the mistake by typing in the wrong wallet id they still helped me out at 11pm on a saturday

Gotta say these guys really excel as XMR-swappers - with good rates and middlish execution-times as per Trocador - and THEN they warn they may await 150 confirmations - but actually complete the swap after just 5 - so that's "exceeding customer-expectations" - and you can nicely track your swap even when you start it elsewhere, e.g. on Trocador.
