Unreliable Service and Shocking Customer Support
I had an awful experience using this platform. I paid premium transaction fees to execute a trade, and everything was confirmed—payment received, order confirmed, and ETH supposedly “being sent.” But instead of completing the transaction, they cited vague “technical problems” and canceled it.
I did buy during a crash, so I would be up by a lot, but instead, they wanted to keep the profits to themselves. It’s clear they prioritize their own gain over honoring agreements with their users.
What’s worse, I am now out 125 Euros in fees, with no resolution or accountability from their side. This is completely unacceptable. They ignored the agreed terms, and their response was evasive at best. If you think your money is safe here, think again.
Avoid this service at all costs—it’s unreliable and lacks professionalism. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

If this system determines that the funds, the user’s wallet, or the withdrawal address carry a certain degree of risk, the exchange will not be executed. Instead, the funds are either returned to the user to the original address (or a refund address provided by the user), or we initiate a KYC procedure to facilitate the return of the funds.

My trezor duplicated a transfer and LetsExchange returned it!
I had a problem with my Trezor software apparently, when doing a coin swap, my coin shipment was duplicated but it only generated one swap and I received a single coin. I wrote to the exchange company LetsExchange and they actually found 2 deposits, and only one swapped for BTC, so they have refunded me the remaining 20 SOL, they have not even deducted the Gas!.
I wrote to them yesterday and early this morning there was a solution for me. I only have good words for LetsExchange.io.
