Terrible customer service

Lamp arrived without any protective packaging and surprise surprise did not work. All my emails and contact over a 4 week period regarding a replacement or refund were ignored so I spoke to Amex, the credit card company under which the payment was made. They immediately refunded me the cost and will reclaim the amount from Letigro. Learn from this Letigro - basic customer service would have resolved this issue quickly and easily but instead you chose to ignore me and have lost a customer, recommendations and have a negative review which will no doubt lose you sales

Total scam

Total scam! I saw an advert on Instagram and ordered 2 of the picture frames to store 150 kids pictures in as Christmas presents. They never arrived and as others have said above, someone called 'Liezel' would eventually respond to e-mails, but nothing ever happened. Eventually claimed a refund via Amex.

Absolutely terrible quality and can't return my goods for a refund

On January 12th 2024 I ordered some lights from a company my husband found on Instagram, letigro.uk.

The value was 277.40GBP, paid with a Natwest debit card, online. The items were due to be delivered within 7-14 days. By 18 January I hadn't received anything so chased it up. They assured me the items were on their way. The tracking numbers they provided didn't work. By the end of January I was so fed up of waiting that I tried to cancel my order. They told me this wasn't possible as the items were in transit. They arrived on Feb 8th.

However the items were extremely poor quality. So on Feb 14th I requested a refund. They told me this was possible if they received the goods within 14 days and I bore the cost of the return. I thought that paying a small sum, to recover 277 was worth the expense.

First of all I went to the post office and was sent home to check whether they lights contained lithium batteries, which are banned for transit in the EU. There was no phone number provided with the company to call from the post office so I had to return home with the parcel and email. They assured me it was ok to send the lights back and that the batteries were not lithium.

I paid 34GBP and posted the parcel on Feb 26 with Parcelforce. I chased Letigro twice to ask if they'd received it. On 21 March I used the tracking number to check and discovered that the parcel was on its way back to me as they company did not collect it from the depot.

I've tried several times since to request they issue a refund and / or send a courier to collect the parcel but all they keep doing is apologising. I've asked repeatedly for a phone number and they won't provide one, I just get replies from Liezl /Liesel who appears to be a bot.

I've raised this with UKICC and Natwest. Maybe if enough people report them some action will be taken.

Can only confirm it’s a SCAM company

Can only confirm it’s a SCAM company! Ordered the frame 6 months ago, never received! Someone allegedly called Liezel keeps answering my email
apologising, but it’s definitely a scam.

Avoid this seller

Avoid this seller. Ordered weeks ago and still not received my order. Very little contact from support, only automated messages. It’s a scam. Reported to credit card company to try and get refund.

Scam company

Scam company. Took money never received order after 3 months. Email support replies are clearly just to string you along until you get bored and give up. They need to be reported but unsure where the best place is to report them. Am looking into how to take further action.

Avoid at all costs

Company is basically a scam. A soon as I realised I tried to cancel my order. They repeatedly ignored the requests. The order took two months rather than weeks and was appalling quality when it arrived. I have requested a return but the return address is in Germany from the UK and they refuse to pay postage despite my repeated requests to cancel the order before it was sent. I have asked for a contact in the complaints department, these have been ignored.

I had to leave 1 star coz I couldn't leave none!!! Do not touch these with a barge pole!!!! Complete liars, tell you your goods have been processed, tell you they're on their way, tell you it'll be 7 to 14 days....more like months!!!! Liezel a woman who replies to your emails feeds you all this crap and you never hear from them again....very quick to take ye money though......Disgusting company!!!!

SCAM!!!!

Ordered a product in December. Never arrived.
Response by email clearly created by ChatGPT always stating that the product is on the way. Never had a dispatch email or tracking number.

I fear I have been totally scammed
Leizel whose name appears a few times in reviews keeps telling me ‘my order is on the way’ …. After reading the trust pilot reviews I very much doubt it …. I am contacting my card company and will do a charge back … DO NOT buy from this company and don’t trust a word Leizel says!!!!!

Missing display frames

Ordered three display frames. Only two have arrived and there is no response at all from this company. Hoping that American Express will help resolve the issue now. Truly awful - do not be tempted to shop with them!

Scam Company…avoid!!!!

Luckily I paid by paypal so put in a dispute with them and I receieved a full refund eventually. I imagine you can do similar if you paid via credit card.
Letigro are clearly scam artists and should be avoided at all costs.
