Poor customer service
I purchased a shaving balm from Le Parfumier and received a defective item, the cap doesn't close properly, causing leakage. Despite contacting the company multiple times, they refused to offer a refund or replacement. Customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. It appears to be a one-person operation, with no real support or accountability. Very disappointed with both the product and the service—avoid this seller if you value your time and money.

Sketchy customer service
I received the product but wanted to return it because it smells nothing like the old product I used to buy. I contacted their support team to which they replied asking why. After I provided my reasoning they stopped responding. I sent several emails with no response before they replied from a gmail account asking for my credit card details. It feels very sketchy and I am now working with my bank on disputing the transaction.

Great Selection, but Hard to Get Hold Of
I love the selection and the order I placed was better than I expected as it was a sealed vintage Caron (was expecting open box). Thanks. However, I struggle to use their chat system as no one responds and my emails aren't answered. Also, sometimes when I call, the message is only in French. An additional English message would help. Other than that, great so far.

ordered the ralph lauren extreme sport, paid $120, it does not look or feel like the genuine product, I remeber the cap being made of metal- this was fully plastic, with stickers you could peel.

I am sorry to hear that you aren't happy with your purchase. What you received is 100% the authentic Ralph Lauren Extreme Polo. We only sell 100% genuine brand name fragrances so it wouldn't be possible to receive a fake when buying through us. We have been authorized dealers to sell Ralph Lauren fragrances for over 35 years meaning the product you received comes directly from them. Although the cap looks like metal, it has always been made of plastic. Also, all Ralph Lauren fragrances, including most brands, have a sticker below the product that includes the products details. This is a rare fragrance that is no longer produced anymore which we have limited quantities left and won't be getting again. If you have any questions, please contact us. I payed for fast delivery to Europe
I payed for fast delivery to Europe. I orderd parfem, but the package doesnt include engredients, so delivery could not be made across the border due to customs. Now i have to wait a lot of days, even i payed for fast delivery. It is mestake from le parfumiere.

I am very sorry for the delay in the delivery of your parcel. Your order was randomly selected by customs in Croatia for inspection. We are not meant to provide the ingredients of a perfume unless is requested by customs. There wasn't any information missing to trigger the inspection. All was there and all was accurately detailed. Inspections are extremely rare but can happen. It unfortunate but isn't something we can control. All information has been provided to UPS to be able to release your package from customs so your order will soon be delivered to you.
