I've used a lot of contact lens suppliers over the past 20 years and LensSaver.co.uk is the best hands down. Their prices are the most competitive, delivery is always fast, and their customer service is second to none. I wouldn't buy from anywhere else.

Great service, I have used them for years. Reliable, fast delivery and the cheapest of all the contact lens sellers. Customer service is excellent, any problems they will contact you.

I ordered 4 boxes of contact lens from this company which they showed were in stock.
I received 4 boxes of cheaper lenses not the lenses that I had ordered.
The company said the contacts that I had ordered were no longer being made so they sent a cheaper lens but charged me for the more expensive contact lens.

Why do they have them listed on the site if they are no longer being made?
Why did they allow me to order them?
Why did they send a different lens and not just cancel the order?
Why have they overcharged me?

This was my first order from them and I will never order from this company again.

Every business claims they have the lowest prices, best service, highest quality, etc. Well, Lenssaver actually does have all of that. Every time I buy contact lenses, I compare all the sites to try to find the best deal. And Lenssaver always wins, by a big margin, for seven consecutive years in a row (ever since I started buying contacts). Save yourself a lot of time and effort by simply ordering from Lenssaver

Never use this company a boycott is needed never support companies like this. I purchased contact lenses two packets in a row the contacts were warped and defective upon opening so i contacted live chat and the Indian person decides to call me and argue that I said 1 lens, I'm staring at my own messages as he says im lying when its him that clearly can't understand basic English and hes the one getting annoyed as I'm reading exactly what I said so I corrected him and hung-up.

Contacted my bank today to get my refund this company I assume is ran by a bunch of nasty little people so its advised to stay well away if you get any issues this is the last company you will want to deal with.

Placed an urgent order via the website. It clearly said that they had good stock of the items that I ordered. It should have been next day delivery.
2 days later I still hadn't received my order so I sent them an email. They responded saying that they had to order my items and it would be another 4 days until they had them in. I had to purchase locally so cancelled my order with them. Not a good experience. I won't be ordering again from them.
