That the company took no time in resolving the matter even though I did not see the email notification until says after it was sent. They took care of my issue immediately hassle free and without any need for me to make a case for an exception to the protocols of using a promotional code before completing any online any purchases. They seen that I messaged them immediately I made the purchase because I did not see an extra set of lenses and my final sale receipts so they took no time to remedy my mistake and include another additional pair of lenses for free in spite of my not filling out the promo code AS required before purchase final purchase. Let's just say I'm very grateful and continue to shop with lenself innothe future

It takes way too long to receive orders

Ordered with my correct address some how my address was wrong and zip code then the delivery driver told me he didn't have gas money to deliver my contacts on time which I paid 12 dollers for fast shipping . Now my contacts are gonna be sitting outside all day and gonna be in the heat and now gonna be ruined .... First time ordering gonna be my last . Driver was rude to me and said to have my correct address next time after telling me they would be delivered today before 4 ..... Bad experience all I wanted was for them to get my address fixed and be delivered on time ...

The order tracking says this package was delivered yesterday but I did not receive anything. Please find out what happened to my package.

I ordered these before March 16 and still haven’t received them. They have been in the same location in Doral,FL for over 3 days.

The ease of ordering and the communication between order and delivering

Package is Late, over 80 hours or something. And I was Really hoping to have the contacts for a Function tonight.

Express delivery means 7 days indeed. I THOUGHT upto 3 days ....item not needed anymore need to refund it now... another issue..

I received my order today. It didn't take long. The whole purchase and experience was better than I thought it would be. After reading some of the reviews I thought I was going to get scammed. I plan on placing another order and soon.
