It started well, got great return on my investments and I was able to withdraw too. However, since the middle of 2023, my money began to slowly drain into the "pending payment" category. Now all of it is there, and nothing happens. Some of it has been there for close to a year now.
Update (19.09.2024)
I reached out to them. They shared 4 dates as "scheduled release" dates. Three have passed since, and I got 100 back on two of them, that's 200 altogether. A fraction of what they locked. There's one more date left, I'll keep this post updated.
Update (03.11.2024)
I'd be happy to update this post with good news, but can't. Still haven't received any more money. And while this is happening, they are still running good sounding campaigns tor lure people in. If you're reading this, and haven't invested money with lendermarket yet, good for you. Turn away!
Update (24.08.2025)
I got my money back in the last couple of months with interest so I changed my review to 3 stars. You can read the story above. I personally can't trust them any more, but in the end, with interest it wasn't too bad.

all my investments are late, I can't believe it.

They say that they have something called buyback guarantee but they don't apply it, which means, if you invest money using their platform, you won't see that money ever again.
Update as of 26 july 2024: now they answer and say "we have given you a payment plan, so to state we are not honouring the guarantee is not true", but guess what, they barely attempted to provide a real plan to recover no more than 10% of the funds.
How about the rest?
There's no clear answer to that.
They didn't honored the buyback guarantee.
They didn't pay back.
So, when they answered this review, they were publicly lying.

After a few changes in their management it seems Lendermarket got the right formula to give us investors what we needed in terms of ROI. The platform got a few delays at first but now I got my portfolio in the green and returns are substantial.
If I need to complain about something is that I would like to see some improvements on the reporting side, similar to what the old platform had.

Since 2 months ago I start getting my money free to withdraw or reinvest. Until now is going at schedule and I hope it keeps this way. As soon everything is solve maybe it's again a possibility for a future investment.

I had been using Lendermarket since july 2023. Everything was Ok until this year. The pending reimbursements started to accumulate until the transfer to their platform 2.0. Now there is no reimbursement at all. Their only communication is towards attracting more money, nothing to address our concerns. Look more and more like a scam.
And no need to waste your time contacting their support, they will not bring you any info about where your money is.
Bringing this case to court with the maximum of fooled clients is starting to make sense in my mind.
If you value your money, don't invest in this platform because you'll lose it.
The platform has outstanding payments for months and there is little prospect of investors getting their money back. We'll certainly have to take the case to court to try to recover some of the investment.
There is a Buyback Guarantee on the platform, but it has no value because the platform never activates this guarantee.

I have been with Lendermarket for some time, from last August they went in a very bad shape. After mails and mails, I have still my funds stuck, with probably no chance to take anything out. I am writing something, they reply completely differently, like from a pattern.
For some weeks, could not even enter my account, due to a questionnaire, which needed to receive the validity from their side. Really? cannot even see the account? what type of company is this?
I do not recommend them, stay away
I have been with Lendermarket for some years, from August last year (almost 1 year ago) things got worse, they stopped paying. After many mails and review on trustpilot, I started receiving some money back.
Today, I can see a lot of negative reviews are being flagged, they want to get rid of bad publicity, even if it is the result of their policy.
Going on 2.0 platform, there is no more comment about pendign payments interest rate, so they put it under the table for good, people lost interests which were accumulating for months.
Even if they made a plan to recover my money, with the actual speed I might get all my capital back in 2030, or even later...
I have used Lendermarket and went ok....until this year. They "came up" with the concept of "Pending payments" at the side of Creditstar to keep your money even after the buy-back kicks off (which happens already after several loan time extensions)...
The Lendermarket 2.0 directly makes no sense.
I am really worried that this is it, I will never recover the money.
************
Update: Lendermarket has reached out recently and informed that they are trying to get the money back to the investors behind the scenes. It seems that I am recovering 25% of the pending amount so far. I will keep this review updated.

I've been with LenderMarket for several years. before they introduced 'pending payments' it was a good investment site. since then, they've used it as a way to postpone payment to investors for months and years. my pending payments are now the same value as my invested funds.
they introduced LenderMarket 2.0 and said it's for improved functions and features but to me the new site is worse than the original and has fewer features for the investor.
I've now started to get messages and statements on the site about investing risks and loss of investments which you had to click to agree to T&C's before being able to access my account. Never had to do this before since creating an account years ago. This just makes me feel that my investments are at risk of loss and that they can't secure the buy-back guarantees.
so I'm really sceptical now that I'll get my money back.
Update: my pending payments are now double my current invested funds
Update 2: according to Lendermarket my portfolio is making +14% interest which for my portfolio means it should making over 300 euro a month (before pending payments I was making about this) but in July24 I got 10.56, Aug24 I got 2.38 and in Sept24 so far 1.89
Update 3: the pending payments have reduced to nearly nothing. in Sept24 I got 50.00 and in Aug24 I got 40.00. together they still make less than 0.5% of my total pending payments
Stay away of this platform and Creditstar! These guys are doing everything to get your money and keep it as long as possible. Some facts:
1. huge default level to keep your money longer (I presume Creditstar has default level approx. 35%, but here 90% of my loans went to default);
2. This platform offer high interest rate, what has patterns of scam. If Credistar would be financially educated, they would issue bonds with much lower interest rate comparing to 18%, what they are calculating for pending payments (NB! Calculating, NOT paying).
3. Lendermarket has started to offer payment schedules to pay pending payments, but those amounts are ridiculously small! Just imagine, with current 18% which are being calculated for pending payments, I do receive 2x less, so even when this platform has started to repay money back, every day they owe me more and more money!!!
Did anyone see their new CEO? Does this person exist in real life?
Lendermarket and Creditstar have lost all my trust because of issues on Mintos and another case here in their own platform.

EXPERIENCE IS THE NAME WE GIVE TO OUR MISTAKES. SO YOU WHO CAN, DON'T MAKE THE BIG MISTAKE OF INVESTING IN LENDERMARKET.
It's a total scam. Lots of promises at the beginning yet when the moment came to pay back then you get peanuts - pending payments for many months without any prospect of paying it back, and loads of bs on how well LM is doing, and what a wonderful payback guarantees they have got. And they still have nerves to ask for new deposits and auto-reinvestment. DO NOT TRUST!
See LM response below and it is just another lie. They did send me a couple months long payout schedule for ... less then 2 % of all my payments that they are blocking for almost a year. And they attempted to remove my comment claiming that it is harmful.

14/MAY/2024: I have a significant amount in pending payments for the past 1½ years. Less than 2% has been repaid. I can read blogposts that Creditstar has repaid most of what they owe. But why is none of that going back to us?
UPDATE 06/FEB/2025; Upgrading from 2 ** to 2½ *** as Pending Payments has started to trickle in. But keyword being trickle. With this rate repayment will take 3+ years...
